Has anyone noticed that the Tesla Halloween update makes FSD take yellow lights EXTREMELY seriously?
Everyone is talking about being able to see everything.

He’s a smart and talented man, but he’s made a political decision.
He’s doing everything in his limited powers to give Tesla the shaft in any and every way he can; while maintaining some plausible deniability.
He is taking advertising money from others, specifically lucid at this time.
He is no longer an honest broker when it comes to automotive tech review. Once you take advertising money from a manufacturer you give up that integrity forever. Just look at @ZacksJerryRig. Zero integrity.
I’m Gen X. I am a metalhead.
I am not shocked that a woman whose parents named her Metallica is delusional and murdered her family.
Metallica Rose Harrison has been denied bail in the deaths of her husband and their 3-year-old son. But now, a family member is revealing something about the weeks leading up to their deaths that makes this case even more troubling.
According to a new interview, the family had used money from Charles Harrison’s retirement account to help pay for their extended stay at Great Wolf Lodge in Pennsylvania.
Think about that for a moment. This wasn’t a weekend getaway. Charles, his wife, and their little boy had been staying at the resort since September 21. They had extended their reservation and were scheduled to leave on October 13.
They never got that chance.
Charles, known to loved ones as Chaz, was 36 years old. His son, Tristan, was only 3.
Now, Charles’s stepmother, April Thetga, is speaking publicly about what the family knew before the tragedy.
She told reporters that money from Charles’s 401(k) had been used for the resort stay and other household expenses, including work on their kitchen. While the decision was unusual, relatives apparently had no reason to believe something this terrible was coming.
And here’s another detail.
According to Thetga, family members had seen Charles, Metallica, and Tristan during a video call just one day before their deaths. Nothing about that conversation prepared them for the phone call they would receive next.
On October 12, police responded to the family’s resort room after Metallica called 911. Officers found Charles and Tristan deceased.
Investigators say both had suffered stab wounds.
Metallica, 27, was taken to a hospital before being charged with two counts of criminal homicide.
According to court documents, she later told emergency workers, “I was supposed to have my happy family.”
On October 13, a judge denied her bail. She is now being held at the Monroe County Correctional Facility, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for October 21.
Investigators have not announced a motive. The allegations against Metallica have not been proven in court.
What makes this especially heartbreaking is hearing from relatives who had just seen this little family together, believing everything was normal.
Charles’s family is now arranging funerals for both him and Tristan. Instead of welcoming them home from vacation, they’re trying to understand how a father and his little boy ended up losing their lives.
There are still questions investigators haven’t answered, and a court case that has barely begun.
But Charles and Tristan already have names, faces, and a family that will never see them walk through the door again.

Remember 1996? Nobody gave a damn about your political beliefs.
Why and when did the world start revolving around idiotic politicians?

Remember once when publications/sites like The Verge, Engadget, Gizmodo and Wired weren't woke and neo marxist?
They actually reported on real tech and were fascinated by it all.
Now it is all propaganda. And anything Elon Musk is hated on to the point where it has become absolutely ridiculous.
They are now unable to even cover tech. Too stupid and closeminded.
I mean, not to be rude… but @elonmusk is “fuck you” rich for a reason. I’m sure @Tesla will be just fine.
I’m a little worried about Tesla
So the Roadster demo was incredible. The design itself is much improved from the original version, which looked nice but ultimately generic. The production model is unmistakably Tesla. It looks like nothing else. There’s a bit of Cyber DNA in it from the Cybertruck and Cybercab, and they’ve evolved it further from those as well. It’s a tremendous piece of work. CGI in real life
But the company itself has only 2 product lines, the 3 and the Y. I have the 3, and it’s my favorite car I’ve ever owned or driven. Tesla is still the only car company to really understand in-car software. Their charging network is ubiquitous and rock-solid. Their autonomous driving software really works. It’s magic, and it’s the future.
But I’m still worried. Two cars is a very thin product lineup to support the entire future of a trillion plus dollar company. Cybertruck doesn’t count; it’s a phenomenal engineering vehicle, and I think it’ll eventually be seen as a classic, but it hasn’t sold well. The Roadster is again extraordinary as a technological object, but its price guarantees that it will be produced at a small run rate. How many will sell across its entire lifetime? Perhaps 50,000?
Then there’s Cybercab, again an incredible vehicle - it makes the Waymo look like a hobby project - but you can’t buy it, and it seems to be destined as a fleet car, serving as Tesla’s in-house Uber competitor.
This will throw off a lot of cash eventually, but it’s supplementary to the private car market
Next there’s Optimus, which isn’t even a car. This makes me worry
I think Tesla is preparing for a world of robots and autonomous cars where you don’t even own a car, you just reserve it from this massive circulating fleet of vehicles as needed. Maybe we get this world eventually, but I don’t think it’s arriving by the end of the decade, or even by the 2040s.
I think the car market is going to remain dominated by private car ownership for decades to come. I think that’s the revealed preference for most people, and Tesla doesn’t really seem focused on delivering for this group of people.
There’s no reason why they couldn’t have a minivan, a true 3 row full-size SUV, a full size sedan, and more.
These would all sell, very well
But I don’t think Tesla wants to give them to us.
I’m worried they’re building for a future that isn’t going to arrive any time soon.
So when I hear talk of “the last great driver’s car” I’m concerned
I think Tesla needs a strategic reset

True.
You will be able to ask the Roadster to perform any of the tricks shown autonomously, as it will be sentient.
Also, we will have a wild looping track (crazier even than Hot Wheels) at our Texas HQ where you can test out your Roadster.
I was planning to put down a reservation payment for a Tesla Roadster.
Then I remembered that I’m poor.
