Baroque & roll: as Bach Artillerie, synthesist Curt Sydnor & drummer Greg Saunier (Deerhoof) play the nine canons from Bach's Goldberg Variations and his Brandenburg Concerto #5. Really fun and beautiful. Drops Friday.
RIYL: Wendy Carlos w/ an ace drummer who's heard jungle.

Yesterday was the big Pigeon Pit announce but today let's focus on just how special this song is and its lyrics are. Saw Lomes sing this in NY a few weeks ago and it hit extra hard. A love song to exploration, moments in time and the nuances of a place.
