Hot take: Miliband has damaged Labour more than Corbyn did. Trashing 13yrs of New Labour government achievements to concede to the ‘overspend requires austerity’ narrative, then putting Net Zero on such a pedestal that it outweighs cost of living issues.

Club deserve this. Forced out the most competent manager we’ve ever had. Employed the most clueless manager I’ve ever seen. Priced out the fans that are there week in week out, to create the worst atmosphere for something that should’ve been amazing. An absolute disgrace by all.

No use being “on top” if you can’t score legitimate goals - should’ve been cruising again… but no, we have a completely and utterly inept manager in the dugout who’s absolutely ruined this squad with a suicidal approach to playing football #nffc

Who would have guessed sacking Nuno and getting Ange would turn out like this ....winning the worst final ever in a tournament that was significantly weaker because cl team no longer dropping into it...seems to have blinded to some to just how wank he made Spurs very quickly

Marinakis sort this fucking shit show out ASAP. You have single handedly fucked up what should have been the best season of all our lifetimes. Just very very fucking disappointed with how this is playing out. Just sad. #NFFC

I’m sorry, but I don’t think we can afford to give Ange time, I don’t know one single #nffc fan that wanted this appointment. His football is depressing to watch, we’ve gone back three years with the best squad we’ve had in thirty.

Has a club ever committed such an act of self sabotage?! 🙄#nffc

It’s not even Ange to blame either, it’s Marinakis, god knows why he thought a 22 loss manager would be a good fit, moment of madness #nffc

We've had some shit managers over the years at #nffc and the current idiot is up there, sack him now before he destroys all amazing work from Cooper and Nuno 😡
Matt Robbins retweeted
Everything built by Cooper and moreso under Nuno has been ripped up and thrown away. This is NOT progress, this is not developing a team into a more offensive unit. This is self destruction #NFFC

Dear @TalkCPFC & @HLTCO - #NFFC fan here coming to you in peace.
I, like many other Forest fans were made up for #CPFC winning the Cup and doing a number on one of the so called ‘big 6’ who seem to operate under different rules to the rest of us.
In the same way you can’t control who invests money and holds shares in your club and when they read their emails, I/we (Forest fans collectively) similarly can’t control who our ownership decides to do transfer dealings with, or who they choose to write letters to and about what.
So us all being at loggerheads is pointless.
IF it transpires after your CAS appeal that, (as it currently appears is the case), Parish & Co dropped the ball on this MCO rules situation, and that prevents you guys from being permitted to play in the Europa League, then that is genuinely unfortunate for all associated with your club.
For what it’s worth, the rules seem somewhat farcical in that by the time the Europa League kicks off in earnest, as I understand it, Textor won’t be involved with either Palace or Lyon, so we ABSOLUTELY get your frustrations in that regard.
I think almost all of us would agree that gaining entry to elite competitions should be based on sporting merit rather than administrative upkeep.
However, as we all know (particularly at Forest from our own recent experiences), football is, unfortunately, no longer as simple as that.
What I think narks us a little bit is that we (not as fans) but as a club seem to be being used as a scapegoat by your Chairman for his/his ownership group’s administrative failings.
Say what you like about our owner (he has pretty thick skin by all accounts so I’m sure he’ll not mind too much), but the steps he took regarding his shares in Forest and the blind trust business and when he did or didn’t do it, was absolutely nothing to do with Palace and their participation (or not) in any competition.
It is widely known that extensions could be sought on this arbitrary March 1st deadline for making the necessary arrangements to comply with MCO rules. He chose to do that, Parish didn’t.
To suggest you/Parish ‘broke the rules’ and we didn’t is I think unfair and inaccurate. It’s obvious that Palace have not deliberately sought to gain any advantage from their lack of action.
The simple truth is that Parish & Co fell asleep at the wheel and have seemingly veered off the road to Europa as a result.
We, by chance, just happened to be in the car behind you. That is all.
Wishing you all the very best for the season ahead. Whichever European competition you end up in.
I know for certain that we’ll have a ball regardless!
