I think early on I made the joke (internally) that Sorachi Sensei is literally taking a dump on the Isekai genre. I think everyone on the team in some form or another did haha And the fact that it's the opposite of a Dragon Quest-like story. But Sorachi Sensei is back in all his glory, toilet humor (literally), and all. The sad part is that I made the joke that I should just edit this at a restaurant because that's when I just make jokes like this for some reason... Oh well! I laughed out loud editing this at every stage of editing. From shoulder pads, to fourth wall breaks, to a 5 page joke setup of just needing to take a dump. Sorachi Sensei really is back! My letterer re-created the English version of the logo and hand-painted the details into it with like 8 backup versions of the title. Adrienne and I worked on the jokes and getting everything across in English. I don't like over-rewriting, so we are doing the Shinohara Sensei localization approach like we do for Witch Watch. This chapter really just had me laughing out loud though. It's absolutely hilarious and 100% Sorachi Sensei in every sense of the phrase. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did and I am so happy to see you back in Jump, Sensei!
