🚨MAJOR WIN: We have secured a preliminary injunction and nationwide stay STOPPING the Biden Administration's illegal attempt to grant nearly 147,000 DACA recipients publicly funded health insurance coverage.
The court cited Texas's numerous wins against the DACA program as a basis for granting the injunction and stay. Today, we prevented yet another attempt by the Biden Administration to spend our hard-earned tax dollars on radically unpopular policies that put illegal aliens ahead of America citizens.

Gavin Newsom calls Trump's proposed tariffs a "massive tax increase," but let's look at the REAL tax burden in California:
🔹 Top Income Tax Rate:
- California: 14.4% (highest in the nation)
- New Hampshire: 0% (no state income tax on earned income)
🔹 Sales Tax:
- California: 10.5% (one of the highest state and local combined rates)
- New Hampshire: 0% (no sales tax)
🔹 Gasoline Tax:
- California: 68.5 cents/gal plus 65 cents/gal more soon plus an additional $1-2 per gallon due to refinery closures/mandates (effective tax increase)
- New Hampshire: Approx. 23.8 cents/gal
🔹 Vehicle Registration Tax/Fees:
- California: Varies, but can exceed $800 for vehicles depending on weight, age, and value
- New Hampshire: Approx $8.50 - $18 per 1,000 lbs of vehicle weight
Despite these sky-high taxes:
- California's State Deficit: Massive, with recent estimates showing a deficit of billions, even after these high taxes.
- New Hampshire: Known for its fiscal responsibility, often finishing the fiscal year with a surplus.

It’s very sad that Jordan Neely’s father lost his son.
But he also abandoned his son his entire life, did not participate in trying to get him the help he needed, and has expressed no remorse for the people who were terrorized by his mentally ill son.
Now he wants financial compensation for losing his son to an act of self defense.
Obscene.
