I get so defensive seeing people spray horses in the face with water. Why are you doing that? Why do they need to have a wet face? Why are you waTERBOARDING THem? 😐
Friends. I need help. I need to get an LLC and insurance to start teaching yoga at coffee shops and such, but I have no idea what to call my “studio.” I’ve always wanted to name it after my horse because him dying is what led me to yoga, but Winchester Yoga does not sound cute 😅

Has anyone tried the Free Ride sports bras? I’ve been wanting to get one since they dropped but I’m worried about sizing.

We’ve gone back to flat work focusing a lot on transition and o h m y w o r d did I need it. Totally new person in the last couple weeks.
Anyone have short recommendations for thick thighs? Every pair of shorts ever rides up between my thighs and slides up my waist, both of which drive me nuts. Looking for athletic or lounge shorts for WFH or going to the gym.
These pictures suck and I don’t look that great, but sharing them anyway 🤭 Second in the medal, which made me happy because I’m always exhausted by the medal and fuck it up, which makes me sad because the courses are the most fun 😅
