Nederland was geplaatst. Lange competities gehad. Geen aansprekende tegenstander.
Dat zegt iedereen nu.
1. Tegen Polen speelden we goed. 4-1 was ook terecht geweest.
2. Tegen Frankrijk speelden we gewoon 'modern voetbal'. Laf. Maar niet slecht.
3. Oostenrijk was in de tweede helft (ook) nergens meer. Nederland speelde slecht, maar had de beste kansen.

With the current rules, this would have been a penalty in all games. Look at Romania. Same.
I do agree tho that for minimal contact fouls like this we should change the rules and not award a penalty.
Maybe invent sth like in field hockey, with the penalty corner.
