This post is (1) to keep my account so nobody else takes it, and (2) remind everyone still here that there were restaurants in Lisbon that were patronized by both Nazis and Jews, at the same time. Would you really want to eat there?

I am so hugely spectacularly angry with the collective ignorance in this country.

I'm reminded again this morning that there is no one who will reject the truth about the harms caused by covid infection as a parent who has willingly submitted their child to covid infection.
I’ve lurked here for over a year since deciding not to contribute free content to one of the most loathsome assholes on the planet, but the time is coming for me to walk away from even that. Thank you, Twitter, for teaching me more about #Covid than anywhere else.
Fond regards to @D_Bone and @LauraMiers who have seen the worst that this virus has to offer, and live on. To @1goodtern who has that rare commodity, integrity, and bears witness. To @TRyanGregory who informs and avoids “calm-mongering,” his brilliant term. To @loscharlos and…
… so many others who deal with the scourge of #LongCovid. To @michael_hoerger @DaniBeckman and @DavidJoffe64 and many others who have done so much to inform.
And a sad farewell to one of many disappointments, @mtosterholm, who knew better about #Covid and gave up anyhow.

Instead of writing an entire thread solely on vaccines - which are an important tool, but do no stop infection nor risk of LC, why don’t you educate the population on the fact this is Airborne and only a well fitted respirator will stop it ? Stop gaslighting and DO SOMETHING

Can I reassert that with SARS-CoV-2 induced brain damage, it won’t be a lessening of intellect that you’ll be seeing first, but behavioural changes such as disinhibition, emotional lability, risk taking & impulsivity.
Frontal lobe damage impairs behavioural regulation.

You think healthcare is struggling now?
Wait until the majority of the population is suffering from a cognitive impairment.
Society isn’t ready

if someone in the middle of the holocaust was saying that the problem wasn't nazism itself but hitler, and that the solution was to 'hold hitler accountable' while maintaining the third reich, you would have very little trouble recognizing that person was still just a nazi.

Ben Mileikowsky changed his name to Benjamin Netanyahu to sound
'Fertile Crescent indigenous.' He speaks with an American accent because he grew up in the Philly suburbs. He is an American settler carrying out an American genocide on behalf of American imperialism.

I’m in that same nightmare and I can say it’s getting worse by the day. No tests, no treatments and now the government that’s supposed to keep us safe from this harm has decided to stop counting the casualties. Which circle of hell are we in?

I wish I could get my friends to do this. Like, they have never been unsympathetic people, but they now seem to have a complete mental block about trying to imagine the world from the perspective of someone who knows SARS to be dangerous.

IMO it will become harder & harder for folks to connect the dots after multiple C-19 infection. The cognitive decline & psychiatric issues may prevent them from recognizing the implications & their hand in creating such a dire future

If you are fed up with our response to the ongoing Covid pandemic, give this a like and repost, I know I can NOT be alone in feeling angry at how little anyone cares. Let's see how many people we reach.
