Today's #caminotuesday theme is injury. Having walked for 34 days without incident... I was in Santiago De Compostela for a few days afterward when we heard the Botafumeiro would swing at a mass happening shortly. In my rush, I turned my ankle on this sewer grate running to mass.

One year ago today marked my last day in Spain after a few days spent enjoying Santiago de Compostela. Some days, I still can’t believe I completed the 800km journey. Most days, I think about doing it again. Buen Camino! #caminodesantiago #caminofrances
