There was a point in 2025 where editing was basically my entire world.
I worked with different people, different companies, different projects. Every project taught me something, and getting better at editing meant being able to take on more.
For a while, that felt like growth.
Until I realized I was becoming better at something that was becoming harder to scale.
More work meant more hours.
More clients meant more delivery.
And eventually, there is only so much of yourself you can put into an edit before you start burning out.
That was the uncomfortable part.
Editing wasn't the problem.
The way I had built everything around it was.
So I started looking beyond the timeline.
I built a technology-focused media completely on my own.
No team. No employees. No fancy setup.
Just a computer, AI, and a room.
It was never sexy.
There were plenty of days where I genuinely wondered:
"What the fuck am I doing?"
But eventually, the numbers started telling a different story.
Today, the accounts I've built have grown to more than 2M followers combined, with 80K+ newsletter subscribers.
Some of the articles have reached people at Vogue, Stanford, and individuals whose names many people would be proud to have in their bio forever.
And none of that came from having a massive team behind me.
It came from learning how to build, create and distribute by myself.
That changed how I saw creative work.
A video is not the end product.
Sometimes it's just the vehicle.
The real question is whether it moves a product, a company or an idea forward.
That's also why my profile says Growth Creative, not just editor.
Because today I care about the product, the message, the audience and the distribution around it.
And the story isn't ending there.
I'm currently finishing the development of an AI education app.
And I'm learning programming along the way.
Because who decided you have to stay in one niche forever?
Who decided an editor can't build a product?
Or a media?
Or a software company?
The ceiling was never the skill.
It was the way I was thinking about the skill.
The limit was always in my head.

The most satisfying part of my work is.
Freedom.
Not the money.
Not the status.
The freedom.
Very few people get to sit in a café, open their laptop, and calmly work on something they actually chose to build.

Spending 20 hours perfecting one 'masterpiece' won’t make you relevant.
Publishing 100 pieces of content will.
You’re not being ignored because your edit isn’t perfect—you're being ignored because you’re invisible.

I stopped trading time for money and built an online income that works even when I don’t.
The secret?
High-income skills + automation + distribution.

If you're a video editor and you're not using programs that pay you for views, you're missing out on free money.
These platforms are printing cash for creators, and you're just watching from the sidelines?

Demand your value from the start or they'll take you for granted.
Never lose in the game of power. It's better to walk away from money that doesn’t reflect your worth than to settle.
