In December I hit a half century - of blood donations. Apparently, this means I’ve improved or saved over 100 lives… mostly of children - certain characteristics of my blood make it ideal for neonatal clinics. 😊

Set the goal for the month to get 15,000 pull-ups and now just wrapping it up! It’s important to set goals- hourly, daily, monthly, yearly, etc.! Especially if you have been doing it for a long time - find ways to keep the fire burning! Stay hard!
