At the end of my first week of work after 9 months of mat leave ended up turning into 13 (because I just couldn’t leave this little guy 🥹). This week has been all about admin but looking forward to getting back into the swing of things next week! What have I missed?!

Relocated from my office to the kitchen-diner as, at 6 months pregnant, my desk chair just isn’t working for me anymore. Actually enjoying switching between standing at the worktop and sitting at the table. Any more tips to keep me comfy for the next couple of months?

Emergency keyboard working a treat after my Q, A & Z keys decided to give up the ghost (I’m a pro with the alt codes now 🤦🏼♀️). Probably time to admit my faithful laptop is on the way out but want to wait until Windows 11 has been rolled out to replace it. Any recommendations?

Matt has gone into the office today so I have the house to myself for the first time since the beginning of March last year. And even though I’ve always said the worst part of freelancing is being alone, I’m actually quite enjoying it 🤭. How long until I’m bored & needy again?!

Absolutely devastated for all our local businesses. They don't deserve this. We have the lowest infection rate in the north by far (and we're well below the national average). We're closer to Cumbria than we are to most Lancashire towns. This isn't fair #Lancaster

Lancaster and Wyre rates are well below the rest of Lancashire. After the lockdown when the new tiers are announced, our much lower rates of infection should be taken into account and we shouldn’t face tighter restrictions because the rest of the county is higher.
I think @SLFTranslation has already summed it perfectly in her post – a fantastic company to work with. The LKTeam taught me everything I know when I worked in-house and has been a huge support since I went freelance. I’ve missed the team days this year! 😭
