Roblox has come a long LONG way as for quality in games, but I feel like the pay developers get isn't reflective of that (fixed pay & commissions). Anyone share the same thoughts?

Guess I don't fit the bill for either, BugOut! has been a project of mine since 2019 and turning 16 tomorrow. Though, it's coincidence more so than luck. We've seen people well intro their 20s have a hit game as well as 15 yo.
