Modern #prisons | Modern #leaders. I'm helping Pia Sinha & @prisonreformtrust design & run a Next-Gen Governor Leadership Programme. 12 DGs will enjoy expert coaching, peer learning & deliver projects. Thanks to Governors/PGDs supporting Next-Gen Leaders into the programme.

I have been cancelled with no easy way to respond by @vinted @vintedUK for trying to upload multivits. As always I searched for similar on the platform when setting price, and found exactly the same thing. I am super-p'd off since I had excellent reviews, all lost. V annoyed.

Hello @greateranglia I have a q about fares. Booking 2 long journeys for January & what would have been c£50 now nearly £200. Has the policy on early booking changed, or something else? Darsham to Mancs/ Darsham to Brum. Making me doubt using train but I love trains! Thanks.

Listen to two new in-depth interviews on #REV: Representing Excellent Values on @Spotify open.spotify.com/show/5tnwsV… Pia Sinha CEO @PRTuk talks HMP Liverpool and her values. David Sheepshanks CBE @StGeorgesPark1 and @IpswichTown on perseverence and inspirational people.

Morning @greateranglia trying to book a train to London from Darsham or Manningtree on 11 November but nothing coming up. Help! Thanks.

A lovely spot for a @PRTuk away day. It’s a privilege to be able to work with people who care so deeply about their work. Undoubtedly enhanced by this wonderful, peaceful space. – at London, England

My dog and me, back in the sea! What makes you happy? – at Southwold, England

On #SuffolkDay I’d like to celebrate our brave and dedicated @RNLI volunteers and staff throughout the county. Crew, station support, fundraisers and lifeguards alike do a fantastic job and don’t cost the tax payer a bean. Just a few of @Southwold_rnli seen here.

Not given to flattery, my parental nicknames included Pug, Struggle, Ratty and Wurrika. I realise when typing too fast that the last must have emerged from a typo. #bbcsaturdaylive @BBCRadio4 @nikkibedi @dannywallace

Thanks Delv!s for spending 631 minutes with me in 2022. I couldn’t stop listening to No Ending. #SpotifyWrapped open.spotify.com/artist/4cHY…

The @UPS @UPSHelp saga continues. I’ve now had a demand from a debt collection agency for the bill I never received. But can I actually speak to anyone at UPS? Fat chance. What an absolute shower.

Anyone else going round in endless circles with @UPSHelp Can’t just be me. Bill for late payment (no original bill for payment) arrived in May and I’ve been failing to get any actual explanation ever since never mind a conclusion. And it’s only got more complicated since. Arg.

Help @WHSmith I have phoned, emailed and DMd and no response at all. I just want my son to be able to have his steam credit - nearly a week since Christmas Day now. It’s very unfair. Thanks.

Spring is helping organisations engage their communities in different ways at the moment. Because it never stops being important, not even when it might feel impossible. #agencyforchange #knowwhatmatters

Always wanted to do something amazing but far too much of a coward to do it IRL ...

Having offered refund @Ryanair now offering voucher instead. Officially possible to stick to refund but ‘contact us’ gets to chatbot and queue for an agent. No phone number. No agent replying. Help!
