I have been entirely freelance since becoming a mother. Where are employed jobs in the arts that offer job shares, flexible working, salaries so I can afford childcare? Motherhood shouldn’t be a dirty word to employers. My skills have increased ten fold since becoming Mother

Third show of #ExeFringe today and I took the little one to see #HowToBeBrave @ExeterBarnfield. Both Joseph and I loved Isabella and her Bicycle!
Enjoyed my second show at @ExeFringe yesterday 'The Peace' read by talented playwright @NatLMcG -an engrossing story about a badass female MP. Brilliant!

A group of artists & performers have started a new support group in Devon for creative mums. "Mothers that Make" allows women to support their artistic hobbies or work. A new peer support hub has just opened in Exeter and the first rural group has started in Ivybridge.
