In a small, red county in Pennsylvania,

The Supreme Court's decision underscores something I have said for years: the 14th Amendment was never intended to grant automatic citizenship to children born to parents who are in this country illegally. Congress has both the authority and the responsibility to fix this.
My Constitutional Amendment requires that at least one parent be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or serving in our military.
