This was my take as well. Perhaps, they did recognize her and chose not to fawn all over her.

Having read the exchange I was left convinced that what she asserted as righteous indignation at not being indulged for her celebrity status made her sound more like the poster child for entitlement. @kellyclarkson two song lines come to mind. “You can’t always get what you want” and “Always be humble and kind”. Lessons you might want to remember.

Trump Bans the Fake News. So Obama Thunders Down from Olympus
The White House Press corps and the liberal media have gone ballistic over President Trump’s recent banning of CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House press room.
Apparently Trump had finally had it with their decade-long trail of “fake news” (e.g., CNN on the Steele dossier: the intelligence community had “corroborated all the details.”; MS(NBC): “All the supporting details in Steele's reports are checking out, even the really outrageous ones.”; and Politico (“Hunter Biden story is Russian disinfo, dozens of former intel officials say.”).
Or maybe it was Trump’s weariness that CNN and MS never learned from their serial untruth.
The former for years put on their news shows the admitted liar (“least most untruthful”) James Clapper; The latter likewise hired the twice-admitted-liar John Brennan (on his demonstrable spying on Senate computers, Brennan thundered under oath: “Nothing could be further from the truth. We wouldn't do that.”)
So after witnessing the fake news’s spreading lies about the “walls are closing in on Trump” Mueller Investigation, ginning up the “mostly peaceful” 2020 riots, running with the Jussie Smollett farce, demonizing the Covington Kids, iconizing the assailant Trayvon Martin, and promulgating the “Hands up, Don’t Shoot” Ferguson fable, and on and on—I suppose Trump finally had enough.
In reaction and as expected, a sanctimonious Barack Obama now has jetted out from one of his three mansions and into the expulsion controversy.
And also as his wont, Obama almost immediately on spec opened himself up to the usual charges of rank hypocrisy and empty, performance-art virtue-signaling.
So Obama thundered, “I’m trying to think what would have happened if I had said, ‘You know what, Fox News? You’re out of here.’ It’s unimaginable.”
Actually, it’s not “unimaginable”, if Obama would just look into the mirror.
So wait a minute.
In 2009 the Obama Treasury Department tried to ban a Fox reporter from a press pool interview.
Earlier during the 2008 campaign, Obama kicked out New York Post and Washington Times reporters from his campaign plane.
But Obama was most notorious not for just excluding politically incorrect reporters but for surveilling and spying on them.
Even liberal watchdog foundations blasted Obama in 2012-13 for grabbing the private records of some twenty phone lines used at home and on the job by Associated Press reporters.
Most notoriously, it was finally revealed in 2013 that Obama’s State Department secretly had bird-dogged Fox Reporter James Rosen relentlessly— tracking his movements, obtaining a search warrant to examined two days’ worth of his private emails, and getting access to his private phone records.
If Obama is still “trying to think what would have happened” when he surveilled and spied on a Fox reporter relentlessly, he can stop—since nothing as usual happened to the always exempt Obama.
And Obama did not just at times eject reporters and surveille them.
He also threatened to prosecute eight reporters and their sources (more than any administration before or since, including Richard Nixon’s). But he backed down when the AP and Rosen scandals surfaced and cooled down his Inspector Javert alter ego.
The hammer/stiletto difference between a loud Trump and a smooth Obama?
Trump blows up publicly, rails, and earns furor from “shocked”, sober and judicious journalists” who covet their White House billets—while he also earns the damnation of the liberal legacy media for his antics.
But far more egregiously Obama used the powers of the administrative state, secretly and quietly, to surveille, follow, and spy on reporters and their sources, while threatening to prosecute and jail others—and he disguised his vindictiveness by his lofty tone and polished demeanor.
As he anticipated, Obama’s victims and the media itself largely kept still, afraid to concede that their messianic “constitutional lawyer” possessed an Orwellian mean streak and was a far greater danger to the First Amendment.
Or as the Left taught us, the fundamental threat to our Constitution is when “democracy dies in darkness.”
Postscript:
Obama also could not resist his “clingers” like demonization of Trump supporters, in the fashion of Hillary’s “deplorables” and “irredeemables”, and Biden’s “garbage”, “chumps”, “semi-fascists”, and “dregs”.
So he also blasted not just Trump for the expulsions, but returned to his accustomed stereotype putdown of Neanderthal-like Trump supporters who are supposedly under-developed (e.g., “what that means is that we’ve have not developed the kind of understanding of what democracy requires”):
“If you have a certain cohort, let's call it 30 to 35 percent of the country right now, which thinks that's okay, well, what that means is we have not developed the kind of understanding of what democracy requires, and we've got to shore that back up.”
I wonder how Obama would do that shoring up of a third of America? Surveilling, tracking, and spying on them?
Note finally, that even Hillary’s deplorables were only half of Trump’s half of the nation, “You could put half of Trump's supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables”) whereas Obama writes off a third of the entire country!

The issue here has nothing to do with your FIRST AMENDMENT rights. You're free to report (LIE) about anything you want, but you have no right to taxpayer subsidized office space in the White House. No law and nothing in the constitution guarantees you that.
“This morning, we notified the government that we are filing a lawsuit today to protect our First Amendment rights and defend the principle that the government does not decide what the press reports or publishes,” the three news organizations said in a joint statement on Monday. cnn.com/2026/09/21/politics/…

You pathetic weasel! You were the biggest cheerleader for the Iraq War, where thousands of Americans died over 20 years, accomplishing very little.
Meanwhile, Pete Hegseth managed to destroy the Maduro regime in an evening and has the Iranian regime on its knees in 6 months while losing extremely few soldiers in comparison.
You are in no place to talk. You should have retired from public life 2 decades ago.

The Cinematic Cuck: How George Clooney Became Hollywood's Most Vain and Vacuous Parasite
George Clooney is the perfect specimen of Hollywood's rotting soul, a second-rate actor who has spent three decades playing the role of concerned citizen while embodying everything contemptible about coastal elite arrogance. Look at this creature, this Nespresso salesman in a tuxedo, who has built an entire post-career identity on lecturing working Americans about their carbon footprints while his private jets crisscross the Atlantic like airborne hypocrisies. He admits his climate activism is undercut by his own travel, calls it a "personal weakness," and expects applause for the confession. This is not honesty; this is the calculated humility of a man who knows no consequence will follow. He will keep flying, keep emitting, keep collecting his millions from European luxury brands, and keep telling you to bike to work.
The viciousness beneath the veneer emerged early and never stopped. In 2003, with Charlton Heston dying of Alzheimer's, Clooney joked about the diagnosis at an awards ceremony and when criticized, sneered that Heston "deserves whatever anyone says about him" because he headed the NRA. This is the true face: mocking a conservative icon's terminal illness because he disagreed with his politics. He later claimed it was a joke and offered a private apology, but the mask had slipped. He called George W. Bush "just dim," compared his administration to The Sopranos, and spent the Iraq War era posing as a foreign policy expert while his actual expertise began and ended with reading lines written by others. His 2005 film "Good Night, and Good Luck" was not art; it was a partisan hit job disguised as historical drama, McCarthyism analogized to Bush-era counterterrorism with all the subtlety of a sledgehammer.
His Darfur activism followed the same pattern: simplistic moralizing about complex conflicts, celebrity briefings at the UN that produced nothing but photo opportunities, and the reduction of African civil wars to good-versus-evil narratives that outsiders could solve with enough hashtags and satellite imagery.
Conservatives initially dismissed it as Bush-bashing; some later praised his persistence, but the fundamental critique remained. Celebrity activism is not policy. It is ego masquerading as expertise, and Clooney has made it his second career.
The financial hypocrisy is breathtaking. He raised fifteen million dollars for Obama in 2012, another fifteen million for Hillary Clinton in 2016, and called the sums "obscene" while pocketing the access and influence. He agreed with Bernie Sanders about money in politics even as he vacuumed it up. This is not principle; this is performance. He plays the conscience-stricken liberal for interviewers and the power-broker for politicians, collecting chits from both sides while delivering nothing to the causes he claims to champion. In June 2024, he co-hosted a fundraiser that raised twenty-eight to thirty million dollars for Joe Biden, then weeks later published a New York Times op-ed declaring that the Biden he saw was "not the same man" and that Democrats could not win with him. Trump called it turning on "Crooked Joe like the rats they both are," and the description fits.
Clooney took the money, posed for the photos, then knifed the candidate when convenient, later admitting that replacing Biden with Harris was a "mistake" because she had to run against her own record. He engineered a loss and then distanced himself from it, the Hollywood equivalent of taking credit for the greenlight and blaming the director for the bomb.
His Trump obsession has become clinical. He called Trump a "xenophobic fascist" in 2016, predicted Americans would reject him, and has spent every subsequent year proving himself wrong while doubling down. He called Trump a "Hollywood elitist" collecting a SAG pension, a projection so transparent it requires no analysis. In 2026, he called an Iran-related threat a potential war crime, prompting the White House to respond that Clooney commits "war crimes" with his movies. He told ABC and CBS they should have told Trump "go f*** yourself" instead of settling lawsuits, and accused Bari Weiss of dismantling CBS News. This is not political commentary; this is tantrum masquerading as insight, the ravings of a man who cannot accept that his predictions failed and his influence waned.
The French citizenship is the final punchline. After years of criticizing America, after calling Trump a fascist and predicting national decline, Clooney and his family received French citizenship in late 2025, settling into their Provence estate with the ease of people who have never depended on the nations they lecture. Trump posted that it was "good news," calling them "two of the worst political prognosticators of all time," and Clooney responded by agreeing America should be made great again "starting in November." The exchange revealed everything: a wealthy critic of America seeking European refuge, a man who treats citizenship as a lifestyle accessory, a "progressive" who flees to a country with its own immigration and crime problems because the taxes are lower and the wine is better. A French official questioned the "double standard" given Clooney's limited French; the question answers itself.
Clooney is not a civic-minded Democrat from Kentucky. He is a cosmopolitan parasite who treats politics as another Hollywood production, high-minded rhetoric and personal attacks with no accountability when outcomes disappoint. He is the perfect example of what has destroyed the left: unelected power wielded by people who have never built anything, never risked anything, never suffered the consequences of their prescriptions. He is smug, he is vicious, he is hypocritical, and he is ultimately irrelevant, a man whose cultural moment passed while he was still posing for the cameras. His career is a warning: fame is not wisdom, wealth is not virtue, and the most beautiful people can be the most rotten inside.
This is exactly true…
I'll say it!
If Lindsey was Leonard aka a man? This shit right here would not be happening, not in this way.
Those same pink shirt wearing Karens would be carrying signs that said lock him up and calling for the death penalty FULL STOP.
They're an embarrassment to my gender and every single one needs a mental health evaluation.
