(1) A follow up to @stubhub / @TeamStubHub: Yesterday, my tickets were made "unavailable" for a round of 16 WC game, and I was called and told that I would have replacement tickets within 24-48 hours. Today, I received a call stating that no tickets were available.
(4) When I pointed out that their own site says "We go out of our way to find replacement tickets," and that there are hundreds of tickets available on their site, the supervisor disagreed that this is "going out of their way."
