One neighbor wrote in a message: “I'm glad someone else noticed that dog has been on that balcony for almost two years surrounded by its feces and urine fed 2-3 times a week but only once a day the owner never walked the dog. I've taken a lot of pictures even of the owner I've called 311 on numerous occasions and animal control and the police department to no avail! And I even sent an email to the property manager with pictures nothing was done... One time recently the fender didn't feed or give water for 5 days it rained and the dog was licking the rails of the balcony because it was so thirsty.” There is power in numbers. Please don’t ignore this. 📍 Reported location: Building F1 1460 Pennsylvania Avenue Apt. 8B Brooklyn, NY 11239 If you are in NYC, please call 311 and report this animal abuse.
