President Trump traveled to Alaska on Tuesday to hold a rally for Senator Dan Sullivan who is up for reelection in November.
During his rally in Alaska, President Trump pardoned diesel mechanics, Zachary Czubak and Patrick Fleming, who were charged in 2022 under the Clean Air Act for removing and working on ‘federally required emissions‑control equipment’ on diesel vehicles.
The defendants pleaded guilty in 2022 to conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act, admitting to removing equipment designed to control air pollution.

He denied a stay of the financial penalties.
Then, on his own, he moved the surrender date from October 29 to December 10, so we can take the denial to the Second Circuit.
The sentence is still 11 years.
