I don’t understand the whole „Just make it an OC“ argument either. He didn’t even mention that it’s Modo in the tweet. People are forever gonna point at the character and say it’s Modo with a slim neck. Making him an OC won’t change that. Same thing With Jukes and my Springtrap.
