My goal is to hit 7 Figures on Amazon this year, looking to use this account and others to document my growth and hold me accountable. Here's my Journey.
Q4 = new monthly PR, little late appreciation post
Obtained 2 more brand direct accounts
Automated systems on backend like ordering - fulfillment (own prep center) - A to Z claims - better tracking system for orders - more incentives for employees (bonuses) - also created a new purchasing order software to track purchases better
Goal for Q1 (Jan-March) hit 250k in one month. Speaking it into existence here. January is our month to scale.
This week just worked on organizing things and creating better systems
- created a purchasing software using Google ai studio for POs
- fed ChatGPT business my whole business module
- having ChatGPT give my VAs tasks for the week for notion
- getting familiar with Morgan a calendar tool which connects to gmail / calendars
- now creating a software for tracking shipments via google ai studio so I know exactly where each one is
U don’t have to work harder and outsource a team or 5-6 VAs or even overwork one and get mad if they do the wrong thing, you just need the right systems in place to make business run efficiently
On pace to hit 150k this month too with Amazon and Walmart together, this is going to be a record breaking month
Told myself I would aim to hit 7.5k per day on all platforms, ended up hitting 10k on one.
Next goal is 15k
Need to still input some more cost but avg ROI was 45%
Let’s run it up for Q4
Cash flow from ecommerce is like 4k a day
I know diversification is key but you get real estate and 4k is the cash flow you’d get in 2 months if it’s a rental
Trying to figure out when the right time is to invest in a property but I’m still always caught in the profits of AMZ.
6k days
100% FBM
On track to spend my first 100k for a month
Did I mention I haven’t even used any credit cards this month
I need some recommendations for the credit game lol
Month to date on Amazon and Walmart , ALL FBM / SF
Hit record FBM orders for weekend 224
Hit my last month total sales in first week and 2 days of current
Approved for new ink business unlimited card from chase
Just a vibe for right now
Good FBM day in the books
Walmart hit 2.5k in sales also
Funny I told myself the goal was 7.5k sales daily across all platforms…
Made that a goal for myself 2 weeks ago. Safe to say we almost hit it and will have to re evaluate the next goal…
Maybe 10-12k sounds a bit better
PR for Walmart is 3k in sales, safe to say we are climbing to hit that almost daily soon..
Road to 50k in sales on Walmart.
So far this month I’ve spent…
22k on Amazon inventory
17k on Walmart Inventory
4k on eBay Inventory
2k on Shopify Store
Aiming for around 35-40% ROI..
Why have 1 horse in the race when you can have 4….
Feels good to have some decent sales on Walmart again. Still been a constant competition with Amazon
50% Sales Amazon
40% Sales Walmart
10% Sales eBay
Goal for Q4 is 7.5k across all platforms a day
Currently doing 3.5-4k per day across the board
First week back on Walmart, getting back to my old numbers feels good
Paired with my 2-3k on Amazon - good feeling to be diversified again 🤝🏼
First 25k week
- spent 15k on inventory
- 80% FBM / 20% FBA
- diversified into 7 brands
- aiming for my first ever 100k month
