Let's do it!” Today at Acelera, @sajrajdev, Head of DevRel and TechOps at @use_corn, led a masterclass on building scalable protocols, managing DeFi risks, and ensuring interoperability across ecosystems from the co-architect of @eBTCprotocol. He shared insights into his background and the history of @BadgerDAO. He also reviewed the projects from all the teams, and encouraged them to keep pushing forward and exploring new frontiers. Saj also broke down the challenge of building a censorship-resistant protocol that can withstand the test of time in a constantly evolving industry. He emphasized the importance of identifying a real market problem and developing a solution that is feasible, competitive, scalable, and as decentralized as possible. To illustrate these principles in action, he delved into the eBTC Protocol case study, providing a deeper understanding of its development and impact. He highlighted the most important lessons from his journey. Understanding what you are building is crucial, and if you don’t, bringing in experts early is essential. Bridging the gap between technical and product is mandatory, as is having a deep understanding of your target market. Finding PMF is key.
