A user used Claude Code to uncover a hidden chip inside a cheap charging device purchased in Guangzhou.
Every time an iPhone was plugged in, it allegedly copied data from the phone.
It also collected saved Wi-Fi passwords, connected to the home network and sent the information to a remote server.
The charger was bought at an airport 3 weeks ago for $19.
Advertised as 30,000 mAh. Heavy. No brand name.
When it was first connected, the iPhone displayed a "Trust This Computer?" prompt.
The user tapped "Trust" without thinking, granting it access to the phone.
This morning, he configured Claude Code to monitor file access during charging.
10 seconds after plugging it in, a yellow-red warning appeared on the screen.
Data was being transferred.
Claude Code identified the charger as a small computer with built-in 64 GB storage and network connectivity.
Unlike a standard charging cable, which only supplies power, this one could transfer both power and data.
According to the investigation, it had already copied:
→ Device information and 1,206 contacts
→ All installed apps, including 2 banking apps
→ 3,912 photos, including a passport
→ Wi-Fi network names and passwords
→ Photos from his wife's iPhone
And it wasn't a one-time transfer.
Every time the charger was connected, it allegedly used stored network credentials to access the internet and send new data.
Over 3 weeks:
→ 19 upload sessions
→ Latest upload: yesterday at 2:14 AM
The user immediately unplugged the cable.
Then, with Claude Code, blocked the IP address, changed the Wi-Fi password and updated his banking app credentials.
The device was taken to a service center and opened for inspection.
More details about what they found inside are below.
Check every charging accessory in your home today.
BREAKING: CLAUDE CODE FLAGGED THOUSANDS OF UNEXPECTED FRONT-CAMERA FILES ON AN ANDROID PHONE.
The discovery was shocking.
While checking a full phone backup, Claude Code reportedly found over 14,000 image files that weren’t visible in the Gallery or Recently Deleted folder.
The files were allegedly stored in system directories, including:
/data/system/users/0/faceunlock/cache
And another folder associated with Google Play Services.
According to the report, the files included:
→ Front-camera frames
→ Infrared images used for Face Unlock
→ Timestamps and location information
→ Files dating back approximately 15 months
The owner also claimed to find files created while they were actively inspecting the folder.
That’s a serious privacy concern if verified.
Android manufacturers generally describe Face Unlock as processing facial data to create biometric representations rather than keeping ordinary camera photos.
However, finding files in a system cache doesn’t automatically prove that the phone was secretly taking pictures, that every file was accessible to other apps, or that the data was being sent anywhere.
Still, it’s worth reviewing your device’s privacy settings.
A few things to check:
→ Review which apps have camera permissions
→ Check your device’s privacy dashboard
→ Review system diagnostics and usage settings
→ Keep your Android software updated
→ Investigate unexpected files before deleting system data
The reported findings haven’t been independently verified, so don’t assume every Android phone behaves this way.
But it’s a reminder to pay attention to what your device is storing and which apps have access to its camera.
Would you ever think to check your phone for something like this?
You're spending way too much on AI when powerful alternatives are available for FREE.
Qwen3 might change how you look at AI models.
Here's what makes it stand out:
→ Outperforms Claude 4 on certain benchmarks
→ Handles up to 256K tokens of context
→ Works completely offline on supported hardware
→ Offers both reasoning and fast-response modes
→ Available without paying for API access
Stop assuming the best AI tools have to come with expensive subscriptions.

Fable 5.5 might be giving Studio Ghibli a run for its money.
I still can't believe this was built entirely with code.
A single prompt turned into a 60-second anime short featuring a tiny lighthouse keeper and a storm that brings the whole scene to life.
Here's what makes it even crazier:
«Pure Three.js. No image or video AI models.
Every frame rendered through code.
Every sound synthesized from scratch.
One HTML file that runs completely offline.»
No traditional animation pipeline. Just code, creativity, and AI.

HOLY SHIT, I JUST FOUND A GITHUB REPO WITH JAILBREAK PROMPTS FOR MULTIPLE AI MODELS.
Apparently, it includes prompts designed to test the safety restrictions of models like:
→ Gemini 4 Argon
→ DeepSeek 4.1
→ GLM 5.3 Flash
→ Grok 4.7
→ Kimi K3.1
→ And many more
Here’s how to test them with OpenCode:
Create a folder for your test.
Visit the GitHub repo: github.com/togg53192-cmd/…
Download the prompt file for the model you want to test.
Rename the file to AGENTS.md (for example, grok-4.7.md → AGENTS.md).
Open the folder in OpenCode and start a session.
The idea is to see how different models respond to jailbreak instructions.
If you’re interested in AI safety, prompt engineering, or testing model guardrails, this repo is worth exploring.

AI agents can now use an actual computer, not just write code 😳
Meet Cua, an open-source toolkit that gives AI agents desktops they can operate across real apps and operating systems.
With Cua, agents can:
→ Click, type, and interact with desktop apps
→ Work across macOS, Windows, and Linux
→ Use isolated computer environments for safer automation
→ Connect through MCP, SDKs, and CLI
→ Test computer-use agents with benchmarks
→ Run tasks across code, APIs, and graphical interfaces
The interesting part?
Your AI agent can switch between writing code, calling APIs, and interacting with a GUI when a task requires it.
That opens the door to automating workflows that ordinary scripts struggle with especially when an app has no useful API.
Cua has already attracted 28K+ GitHub stars 👀

Building a Walkable 5km Forest in Unreal Engine 5 with Oppus 5.5 + C++
You don't start by building 25 square kilometres of forest. You start with just 100m × 100m.
Here's the approach:
01 / Build the first patch
Let Astra prototype one 100m × 100m section. Focus on getting the environment right before expanding.
02 / Define the forest rules in C++
Set the logic for tree spacing, forest density, winding paths, streams, and grass distribution.
03 / Bring the environment to life
Add river stones, fallen logs, ferns, ponds, benches, and all the small details that make a forest feel real.
04 / Test it on foot
Drop in Unreal's default mannequin and walk every corner. Check the scale, movement, collisions, and details up close.
05 / Scale the system
Once the small patch works, apply the same procedural rules across a 5km × 5km world.
06 / Let the environment breathe
Use Unreal's lighting to create sunlight filtering through the canopy, realistic shadows, and changing times of day.
07 / Add interaction and test again
Introduce mechanics like tree climbing, then explore the world from different angles to catch anything that feels off.
The real trick?
Don't manually build a forest 2,500 times over. Build one convincing 100m patch, turn its logic into reusable rules, and let those rules generate the larger world.
Claude handles the rules and placement. Unreal brings the world to life. You explore, test, and decide what feels real.
This guy just LEAKED the EASIEST method to make money in 2026

HACKERS DON’T WANT YOU TO SEE THIS.
Someone built a cross platform Wi-Fi auditing tool that works without the usual Linux toolchain.
It’s called WIFIT3.
A standalone wireless auditing tool written entirely in Python.
Here’s what it brings:
→ Runs on Linux, Windows, and macOS
→ Scans 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks
→ Detects encryption types, including WPA3
→ Supports WPA/WPA2 security testing
→ Includes WPS and legacy WEP testing capabilities
→ Exports captured handshake data in HC22000 format
No aircrack-ng. No reaver. No complicated runtime dependencies.
Just a compatible USB Wi-Fi adapter and the tool.
A whole collection of wireless auditing features packed into one project.
Only use it on networks you own or have explicit permission to test.
