Channel Nine has broadcast an interview with a Ku Klux Klan leader, seeking to link their views to One Nation. This is disgusting and a new low for the Australian media. The Ku Klux Klan is a white supremacist organisation with a long history of racial hatred, terror and violence. Yet Channel Nine sent an Australian journalist to the United States to seek them out, interview them and broadcast their views to Australians. This is extraordinary. Any suggestion that One Nation or its supporters endorse the KKK or share its ideology is absurd and offensive. There is something seriously wrong with a media organisation that believes Australians need to hear what the Ku Klux Klan thinks about Australian politics and chooses to promote those views. Channel Nine should be ashamed of itself.

We will need this to happen if there is to be a change at the next election. Australia has the same problem. United, conservatives can win, divided, they will continue to watch from the sidelines. #auspol @reformparty_uk @OneNationAus

My full speech at the @OxfordUnion debating whether the west is right to be suspicious of Islam. I needed a security team to attend and we were spat at, bullied and heckled by a baying mob. But I will not give up on free speech. I will not submit.

Crazy councils.
Jeremy Clarkson's farm shop was ruled by West Oxfordshire District Council to be incompatible with its countryside location. The countryside location is a farm. Those are close to their own words. The nature, scale and siting of the operation was found to be unsustainable and incompatible with its countryside location within the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The building at the centre of it was a lambing shed. Built for lambs. In a field. Next to other fields, which contain sheep, which is what the shed was for. The council's other findings, over three years of this: - A farm shop may not sell food grown more than sixteen miles away. - A lambing shed may not become a restaurant. - A car park for the people who come anyway was refused. - Six weeks was judged ample to put the barn back the way it was. Sixteen miles. Meanwhile the supermarket eleven miles down the road sells Peruvian asparagus, Kenyan beans and Brazilian beef, and no council has ever drawn a circle round it. And consider what the Cotswolds actually are. Stone walls, stone barns, cropped green hills. It looks the way it looks because for a thousand years men kept animals on that ground and built things out of the rock underneath it. The beauty under protection here was manufactured, slowly, by farming. Every wall in the view was put there by somebody doing precisely what the council has now determined is out of keeping. They are not protecting the countryside from industry. They are protecting a picture of the countryside from the countryside. The shed offended nobody while it held sheep. It became an eyesore the day somebody put a till in it.

MILEI PRESENTS THE MOST IMPORTANT STRUCTURAL REFORM IN 91 YEARS President Javier Milei announced a complete overhaul of the Central Bank’s Organic Charter by national broadcast, delivering a direct attack on traditional politics and Kirchnerism. Key points of the reform: • Single mandate: The Central Bank’s only mission will be to preserve the value of the currency. • Total ban on financing the State: The Central Bank is prohibited from financing the National Treasury, provinces or municipalities in any form, including primary market purchases of public debt. • Stronger independence: Removing the Central Bank president or board members will require a two-thirds majority in both chambers of Congress. • Technical reserves: Holding gains go into a non-distributable technical reserve. Only portfolio management results can be transferred to the Treasury, and solely for debt cancellation. • Elimination of the 2012 changes and the non-transferable letters scheme. Milei stated that the Central Bank has been used as a tool for robbery by the political class. He specifically accused Cristina Kirchner and Mercedes Marcó del Pont of taking USD 10 billion from the Central Bank in 2010 (approximately USD 15 billion in today’s dollars) through the Bicentennial Fund. “We are ending the scam of printing money to finance high politics.” In Milei We Trust.
