The two suspects were also foster teens living in the same house. 17-year-old Landen Austin Moore has been charged with murder. The other is 16. The home belonged to the McCormick County Council Chairman. He was asleep inside while a 13-year-old was being stabbed and drowned on his property. This wasn’t a fight that got out of hand. This was two teenagers deciding to kill a child and making sure he stayed under the water until he was dead. The system put these kids together. 🚨 Illinois woman and man who lived together charged with dismembering her son’s body and dumping remains in a lake. Robin Turner, 62, and James Adams, 26, both of Plainfield, have been charged with dismembering a human body and concealment of a homicide. The charges come after boaters found part of a human arm floating in Lake Mattoon on June 28. Additional remains were later recovered. The victim has been identified as 38-year-old Dalewayne Turner - Robin Turner’s son. He had a distinctive tattoo of a skeleton holding a Green Bay Packers helmet.
