Thanks for the recommendation @B_Sheridan! My wife and I watched this and were inspired on multiple levels.
Need a pick-me-up? Take 30 minutes & watch this fantastic short documentary, "The Last Repair Shop." This documentary highlights the power of the human spirit & how the arts, or the instruments used to create art, can have life-changing impact on us. youtu.be/xttrkgKXtZ4?si=1ltN…

1/2 When he taught H.S. history, Jim Nehring handed out several textbooks’ takes on the same historical event, each offering a different account in a tone of absolute certainty. Students learned more about the topic but they also came to question authoritative pronouncements.

"Outliers, Revisited" is one of my favorite all time podcast episodes. It really sticks with you and gets listeners, especially educators, to think more critically about fairness in education and other pursuits.
And….we’re back!! Part two of our season starts today!! pushkin.fm/podcasts/revision…

And finally, a reminder that through Labor Day, I'm hosting @planetmoney's Summer School series, a series about the basic principles of investing, aimed at young students and others with no formal finance exposure. Check it out! n.pr/3s4JL7G

As a person who loves having (many!) tabs open, I didn't like when #thegreatsuspender was removed last week from #googlechrome, but now I'm grateful it happened b/c I'm enjoying using #OneTab more

If I get 1 viral tweet in life I hope this is it. My wife married an athlete, who had limitless energy and was a true partner. Then came ALS and she had to dress, shower and care for me. She has borne these burdens with incredible courage and strength. I love you @sabrevaya.
