Today I was learning a Colombian Salsa routine and I was so stiff because I was like. “Why am I here trying to have fun when I should be stressing over work.” The UNLEARNING of it all. Then I said, “I’m allowed to have fun! That’s how life should be lived!” I even danced better!
Do you guys allow yourself to have fun? Or do you feel guilty when doing so? I found that I had to reprogram my mind to have fun because I lived in a state of stress for the past 10 years when I was on YouTube that any fun I had I felt guilty.
