We publish a new version (v0.84) of our verification plugin. It improves the keyframes file mode and assistant (both from @veraai_eu), archiving (from #DisinfoArchiving @factchecknet project) and includes a Japanese localization!

Due to a server hardware failure during the winter break, the keyframes fragmentation service of our verification plugin (InVID / WeVerify / Veraai.eu) is currently down. Sorry for the inconvenience. We are working to repair it asap.
We released today a new version v0.82 of our verification plugin (@InVID_EU @WeVerify @veraai_eu) with enhanced layout and improvement of synthetic image detection (using @meverteam near duplicate search to enhance results on degraded copies or screenshots of synthetic images)
We provide a new UI to display deepfake video results from @meverteam (effective on face swapping mostly and face reenactement).
Proceed with caution on other degraded (highly compressed videos) with multiple faces, as it may increase the risk of false positive.
Finally, we provide NLP credibility signals (including persuasion techniques) in the text analysis of the Assistant (thanks to @kbontcheva @SheffieldNLP, @KInIT_sk and @ipekbrs ).
