The Reddit most people know today is nothing like website it once was.
The worst things Reddit has ever done:
Become a publicly traded company
Shutting down 3rd party apps API access by increasing the pricing substantially.
Allow power mods to control multiple subreddits unchecked.
Ghislaine Maxwell being one of those power mods.
Suppressing r/all
The heavy handed censorship by Ellen Pao when she took over.
Spez editing fuck Spez comments and then later banning r/thedonald, one of the most popular subreddits at the time.
Asked Grok Bot to list me all the 𝕏 accounts I follow who haven’t posted in more than 2 years.
Just unfollowed probably over 100 accounts.
If you go outside and listen to the west, you can almost hear the screeching of Vancouver voters right now
It’s really confusing that the colors red and blue represent opposite political spectrums for Canada and the USA
I used Grok Bot to comb through my email inboxes and unsubscribe from every company marketing email I get (manually approved, some I kept)
Then I got it to scan the internet for old accounts on websites I don't use that have been breached and got it to fully delete those.
@X @Support @XDevelopers @elonmusk I don’t follow sports, and yet you force sports into my explore page constantly. As a premium+ subscriber I am also supposed to have ZERO ads, and yet here is an ad taking up half my screen now. This is not a good user experience.
ok but this would actually be so fucking funny. like imagine a video game release is what crashes the economy
I had over 600 open browser sessions logged into my 𝕏 account wtf. Basically every time you click a link here, it opens inside a browser in the app, logged into your account. That session stays open, even after you close out of it. For a very very long time.
