Happy 90 th years birthday to the amazing Tom Oberheim.
youtu.be/g5um1TSdJW4
He is a real hero of the synthesizer world.
This very beautiful album Nebula
rumpistol.bandcamp.com/album…
by Danish electronic music artist Rumpistol is highly recommended.
What an amazing Cabaret Voltaire live performance at KEXP.
youtu.be/bkSzmBX9Nw8
Love that Tara Busch and Benge are part of this performance.
Thanks a lot for posting this video, @robinrimbaud!
Simply the best Durian review I have ever seen. #engineerhumour ;-)
For anyone with a good sense of technical humor and an interest in rocketry its highly recommended to follow @torybruno.
If in doubt watch this video
youtu.be/PRPCiNtapTE
that also illustrates how engineering humor is like even though its perhaps a bit expensive at times. 😉😆
With that said a classic is @torybruno's first practical rocketry experience.

Have to say that rocketry expecially at a young age is not only a question of technical knowledge but also of luck. And why, you may ask: well, read up in sweaty dynamite. 😬😵💫😵
Very interesting interview by Groove Synthesis with the brilliant designer Dave Rossum about synthesizer filter chip designs and their sonic character.
youtu.be/Cwy6YvlDOL8
He is such an important designer in the synthesizer world and have been that for several decades.
Interesting interview with Groove Synthesis' supplyer of DSP chips.
youtu.be/B93Euwvw7mY
Modern Sequential/Oberheim products uses a combination SHARC DSP chip for digital sound processing and Xilink FPGA chips together with RC filters to generate control voltages. Pretty neat!
Very important video on USB security or rather lack of security.
youtu.be/OpcuqePIL7k
As a famous blogger pointed out USB is a network protocol with no firewall and the ability to act as any device type supported by USB protocols. So an USB drive may act as an evil keyboard.

allthat.dk/dansk-jazz-intern…
Kan klart anbefale at se og ikke mindst høre den video af hendes Future Song projekt der er i artiklen.
Hvil i fred, kære Marilyn. Du var og er fantastisk. Og savnet!
Came across the 1902 Wuppertal Schwebebahn video by MoMA some time ago and was very fascinated by the concept.
youtu.be/2Ud1aZFE0fU
Initially I thought it was fake. But this suspended monorail is still in operation and (mostly) doing very well.
This official Wuppertal video shows the drivers workplace and is a quite interesting perspective.
youtu.be/DgfRq4kEFro
Seems that its quite a rattling experience.
Here is another great video of the best passenger views in the Wuppertal Schwebebahn.
youtu.be/uecWk5Qxr3g
It runs slower than the other video of the same type and have the advantage of showing the full trip from Oberbarmen to Vohwinkel.
What a beautiful swan song by the RDAF F-16 demonstration team.

Well, at least for fighter freaks like myself!
Videregående kursus i bjæftastisk bordskik.
youtu.be/sWta3dfTKAw
Indrømmer dog gerne at kurset er gået helt i hundene! ;-)
Absolutely genius video about @roger_linn's career as the King of Drum Machines.
youtu.be/fTek99yM6TA
Highly recommended for musicians and anyone interested in music technology. #rogerlinnfan #livinglegend
