Our trip was 20 mins longer than normal since we have to drop someone else and pick up another. We thought it's fine if it's cheaper but its the opposite! We got charged $51 for longer, slower, cramped trip @uber @Uber_Support (2/3)
Chronology: we usually took @uber from Seatac to our home in Bellevue. The cost is around 35-38 for Uberx. This time we decided to take the express pool to save up. we decided not to check the estimates and just roll with it which is a big mistake (1/3) @Uber_Support
The first time I decided to trust @uber would be the last time. Thanks for overcharging us a lot. How can an uber express pool cost almost twice than uberx?? @Uber_Support can you please have a capable agent that knows how to support people?

apparently @JumiaTravel required personal ID (Passport ID, Picture, DOB, etc.) just to confirm a hotel booking. Worst #UserExperience have you heard of #privacy law? Horrible customer service that's pushing you to share personal data and fail to explain 'WHY'
