3618 people died in England and Wales from overdose in 2023.
My brother Adrian was a statistics in 2020.
Continue to talk of those we’ve lost and celebrate those in recovery from addiction.

#OTD 11 years ago I stood ready to run across the USA. I was raising awareness about addiction recovery.
I probably did it in the hope that my brother Adrian would gain strength from it. He didn’t and died from overdose in 2020. I’m sorry I didn’t try harder brother.💔
