It's insane for a DENR official to be more concerned about traffic than environmental consequences.

Imagine replacing summa cum laude Bam Aquino as head of the education committee with ex-convict Robin P. What a downgrade for education.

Replacing the best man for the job at this point is a great insult to the people who want nothing but the best for this country.
For as long as people like the DDS exist, the Philippines will keep struggling to deserve better. 😒

‘ANG LABAN PARA SA EDUKASYON, HINDI DAPAT TUMIGIL DAHIL LANG SA POLITIKA’
Senator Bam Aquino on Saturday informed the public of his removal as chairperson of the Senate Committee on Education following changes in the Senate leadership.
Despite his removal from the post, Aquino vowed to continue advocating for education and the welfare of future generations.

As someone in the field, I can clearly see the deep flaws within our educ system. Nakakat4ngina.

Now, this argument DOES NOT APPLY to people who have safety nets, access, influence, wealth, platforms, or power and still choose silence because the system benefits them.

replacing sen. bam & kiko at the time kung saan bagsak ang ating agrikultura at hirap makapagaral ang karamihan sa kabataan is honestly terrifying and frustrating. hindi lang basta position ang nawala, kundi "boses" ng mga sector na matagal ng iniipit ng gobyerno.
