Some people had gone on a wildlife safari in the forest when they spotted a tiger walking by. They started making noises to grab its attention so it would stop and they could get a better look at it and take photos.
As soon as the tiger heard them, it stopped, turned around, and stared at them. The moment it realized there were humans nearby, it suddenly charged straight toward them at an incredible speed, ready to attack. The people started screaming in fear and panic as the tiger came dangerously close to their vehicle. It was a truly terrifying sight. After hearing their screams, the tiger changed direction and walked away.
The tiger looked aggressive and seemed ready to attack. Those people could have been putting their lives at risk.
During a wildlife safari, people should remain calm and never shout to attract an animal's attention. Wild animals can become aggressive and charge at people when they feel disturbed or threatened. Such reckless behavior can put human lives in danger.

This baby elephant got separated from its herd and wandered into a village. Look at how people are treating this helpless animal.
One man is hiding behind a tree, hitting the baby elephant and then running to the other side whenever it tries to chase him. He keeps repeating this, using the tree to hide from the frightened animal. Meanwhile, people standing all around are laughing, shouting, and enjoying the situation instead of helping the poor elephant.
The baby is surrounded by people on all sides, being harassed and provoked. It is heartbreaking to watch an innocent animal being treated this way.
Humans can be so cruel to innocent animals. People torment them for fun, and when they finally fight back out of fear, they are blamed for being aggressive. These animals cannot explain their pain or ask us to stop. They deserve kindness, not cruelty.

This post needs point-by-point factcheck, and I will do exactly that. You cannot hide behind originally written by Mr Chandra Kumar Bose. What you have shared is a delirium of the deracinated. Not a productive use of time for me, but this pseudo-secular jugglery with Hindu festivals needs a counter.
Durga Puja is first a religious festival, and then a cultural one. There is prana pratishtha ceremony of the deity ahead of the puja, and the immersion in the water kunda, before the bhashan procession. It is a Shakti puja, and needs strict observance of norms. At the centre of all the festivities, is the worship of Maa Durga.
1. "Religion (as it has become) is an organized way to deal with devotees, and the Bengalis are far far away from any sort of blind beliefs."
Then why do Hindus go to the pandal and fold their hands in prayer, partake of prasad and seek Maa's blessings? Why do they fast for anjali? It can be "blind belief" for Bongs like you, but it is devotion and faith for millions Hindus.
2. "To Bengalis, Durga is just a part of our family. She could be termed as the Goddess, but never seen with a God-like image."
What about Noni Gopal or Laddu Gopal? What about Lord Jagannath, Shrinathji and Banke Bihari? I have seen people care for and feed the toddler Gopal like a child in the family. So, Durga isn't alone. Hindus have always loved their Gods. "God-fearing" was not an adjective for us.
3. "While people outside Bengal may fast as much as they like, Bengalis will continue to feast on Mutton Biriyanis and all sorts of delicious non-veg food"
You haven't associated yourself with Durga Puja, it seems. Those who sit for the rituals observe all the strict norms. Most of our Durga Pujas are Sarbojonin, which needs only a small number of people to follow the rituals. Those who offer anjali fast. Those who offer Dashami Puja at home fast.
4. "Durga Puja as a festival is deeply connected to arts, crafts, music, theater, films ... everything! It's an all-round celebration. Only a very tiny percentage of people would bother to offer prayers."
At the centre of the days-long festivities is Durga Puja is the worship of Maa Durga. Over 90% of the pandal-hopping Hindus offer prayers in front of each and every idol. The zamindars added theatre and amusement to Durga Puja to attract workers from nearby estates. That's how you have the arts connected to Durga Puja.
5. "Durga puja is all-inclusive. Many Muslims in Bengal celebrate it too."
So? Many Hindus take part in Eid festivities too, but they don't offer namaz. Participating in festivities doesn't mean taking part in Durga Puja's religious aspect. In Bangladesh, millions of Muslims visit puja pandals. So? Durga Puja is a Hindu religious and cultural festival.
6. There are hundreds of government and private awards given for 'Best Puja'. Not a single parameter in judgement relates to the devotion aspect of it."
Hindus have never overtly projected devotion like followers of some other religions have. Devotion has been a matter of our daily lives, soft and subtle. Our devotion has never bothered others until the crass DJ system found the jobless youths. Our devotion CANNOT be judged.
"Our country had no religion, but we thrived on our culture. It's time we pack religions into the sacks and throw them back to the western world"
Yes, India or Bharat of yore didn't have religion, it had Dharma. There was no need to name the way of life or living by Dharma. Because it was only us. When others came, the Dharma needed a name. However, the Dharma has now been encapsulated into several Indic faiths. It is that Dharma in our DNA that has allowed both the worshiping and feasting during Durga Puja.

In the last month what has stood out is that there is no one in the Congress Party except Rahul and Priyanka.
A CM has been caught by the scruff of his neck and pushed back.
A senior Congressman was given a batman mask and told to sit quietly.
A younger nepo Congressman was ignored despite his evident obsequiousness.
NSUI is cast aside for a woman inspired by Bangladesh recent bloody events.
And then there is Mr Thesaurus flitting around sniffing opportunity.
Where are the others?

All you need to do is blame them. The onus of proving that they did not do it is on them!!
Have you not learnt anything from Rahul Gandhy???

Several priests chose to stand up for the youth of India during the CJP protests, invoking the moral responsibility to protect the future of our children. In all humility, but with equal firmness, I wish to ask the leadership of the Catholic Church: How many of you will now stand up and unequivocally condemn the alleged sexual abuse of five minor boys involving Fr Cyprian Pinto in Mangaluru?
Will the same voices that spoke so passionately for the youth of India now speak for these vulnerable boys, demand justice, ensure accountability and stand firmly with the victims?

CISF PERSONNEL IN ACTION 🚨🇮🇳
Bravery and alertness on full display at Delhi’s Jama Masjid Metro Station!
When a suspicious object was detected during baggage screening, the passenger attempted to flee. But alert CISF personnel sprang into action, chased him down and apprehended him near the exit gate.
A subsequent search uncovered an unidentified semi-solid substance concealed in his undergarment.
The man, claiming to be an NRI residing in Kuala Lumpur, was handed over to the police for further investigation. 🙌🫡

Shocked and horrified by the brazen threats to @ajeetbharti from a public platform. To single him out for his Brahmin identity and then to threaten to skin him alive, is unacceptable. The state must provide him adequate security immediately.
Stay safe, Ajeet. We stand with you.

If ever a day comes when they think that hitting the streets like Bangladesh will work, it wont.
The VHP, Bajrang dal, RSS, DurgaVahini and hardcore sanatanis will play a humungous role in ensuring that it doesn't...
That is why I feel it's time to put these XYZ country's regime change model talks to rest.
India is way too complicated and restless for all this.
The recent protests had an unofficial BTS support from a lot of nationalist groups. That's how the andolan's hawa all fizzled out.

Tiger territory Tiger rules! If someone goes into Tiger enclosure that shouldn’t change the freedom and rights of the Tiger. No euthanasia for Tiger for its natural behavior. The tiger enclosures are built with the purpose of protecting and giving the semblance of living in the wild for the Tiger. So the Tiger is being itself in its territory encroacher is at fault.

For all those "intellectuals" who keep saying that India is not Bangladesh and that the remarks made by anarchists like Neha Bora should not be taken literally, they should also take note of what is happening in France today. No one would have imagined France being in this situation just a few years ago.
The important lesson here is that when it comes to national security, not even the slightest risk should be taken. Remember, Acharya Chanakya taught us that sometimes, a single spark is enough to destroy an entire town.
Nip the evil in the bud. All such engineered protests must be dealt with firmly and decisively from day one.

The BBC and other foreign media should understand this: Indians are too smart, too intelligent and too patriotic to burn their own country down. They’ll never do that despite Rahul Gandhi’s and his Leftists associates’ strong desire to see that happen. Our beloved country emerged from centuries of brutal colonial rule, and we will never allow ourselves to be manipulated, enslaved and subjugated by foreign forces ever again. What the foreign media has failed to understand is that Indians are seekers of information. They read and analyse news and events from around the world and absorb only information that is useful for the progress and development of the country. Anything that seeks to overturn, dismantle and destroy our country and its established democratic system will be rejected outright.🇮🇳❤️❤️
