On October 16, 2019, I told Donald Trump, “With you, Mr. President, all roads lead to Putin.”
On October 16, 2026, Trump signed an executive order waiving new sanctions on Russia passed by bipartisan majorities in Congress and signed into law just last month.
This decision insults America’s commitment to democracy and our brave men and women in uniform, as Russia helps Iran target American forces.
I join Republican senators in condemning this unconscionable capitulation to a Russian dictator who illegally invaded Ukraine and butchers innocent civilians.
As I have asked for years: What does Putin have on Trump that he would sell out America’s values?

Sadly, Harry and Meghan have done something that has genuinely changed how a large part of the public sees the Royal Family.
They turned the monarchy into a reality show.
Everything becomes personal. Who spoke to whom. Who was invited. Who wasn’t. Who got the bigger room. Who stood where. Who was “favoured.” Who supposedly said what behind closed doors.
And once you look at the Royal Family through that lens, you stop seeing the monarchy as an institution and start judging it like a dysfunctional celebrity household.
That is a category error.
The Royal Family is a family. The monarchy is an institution. But there is another distinction people seem to have lost along the way: being a working royal is a life of service, not a personal promotion exercise.
The purpose is not to build an individual celebrity brand, control the narrative around yourself or turn every public appearance into an opportunity for personal recognition. The individual is serving something bigger than themselves.
That doesn’t mean royals don’t have personalities, interests or personal causes. Of course they do. But the role comes with an expectation that public duty takes precedence over personal promotion.
And this is where Harry and Meghan blurred the lines for many people.
They presented royal life increasingly through the language of personal identity, personal grievance, personal freedom and personal narrative. Suddenly, questions about the institution became questions about whether an individual was getting enough recognition, access, attention or support.
But that isn’t really how the institution is designed to work.
The monarchy has constitutional responsibilities, official duties, state occasions, diplomatic representation, military links, patronages and an enormous amount of public service that never becomes a storyline.
The people within it obviously have personal relationships, disagreements, grievances and complicated family history. Of course they do. They are human.
But their private relationships are not the purpose of the Crown, and their individual profiles are not the purpose of royal service.
This is where so much of the criticism becomes confused.
Palace silence is interpreted as guilt. Protocol is interpreted as personal spite. Different roles are interpreted as favouritism. Someone who leaves royal duty is then treated as though the institution still owes them the same access, platform and public defence.
But none of that necessarily follows.
The monarchy cannot function like a reality show where every family disagreement is explained to the public and every accusation gets a response.
It also cannot function like a celebrity agency, where every working member is expected to build their own brand and negotiate their own level of visibility.
It is a life of service.
Harry and Meghan chose to make their version of the family story part of their public narrative. That was their choice.
But the rest of the institution is under no obligation to participate in that narrative or turn every family dispute into public entertainment.
People can dislike the Palace’s reserve. They can criticise individual royals. They can question the monarchy itself.
But judging the institution through the lens of celebrity culture and family drama means fundamentally misunderstanding what it is.
The Royal Family is a family.
The monarchy is an institution.
And royal service is about serving the Crown and the public, not promoting yourself.
Confusing those things is where a lot of the nonsense starts.

Shame on Trump Administration for welcoming Russia’s Finance Minister to the G 20 Summit in North Carolina. It was a tone deaf insult to our European allies. Worse, it undermines heroic Ukraine’s struggle against the Russian invasion.
How does kissing Russia’s ass benefit America?

A TABLE OF TRUMP’S WORST EMEMIES 🔥 Marjorie Taylor Greene recently posted THIS photo — of Donald Trump's old inner circle plotting against him from Tucker Carlson's Maine hunting lodge.
Every person in the frame helped build MAGA, and every one of them now says Trump betrayed them so completely that they are launching a movement to end him.
In the photo: Greene, Carlson, Kentucky congressman Thomas Massie, and Joe Kent, the man Trump himself installed to run the National Counterterrorism Center.
True believers, all of them.
All of them gone.
"He's betrayed us all," Greene wrote. "The movement has begun."
What broke them was the war. On February 28, Trump, who spent years vowing to end America's forever wars, started one against Iran. Six months later, it is still burning.
❌ Kent did not fire off an angry post and move on. He resigned. Trump's own counterterrorism chief quit the administration rather than put his name on a war he called a betrayal of everything the campaign promised.
❌ Massie kept voting to end it. He backed every resolution to force Trump to stand the troops down, pointing out that Americans are dying while gas and fertilizer prices climb. The House has now passed one of those measures twice. It changes nothing, because a concurrent resolution never reaches the president's desk, which is precisely why Trump has ignored it and kept the war running.
None of these people found their conscience over the cruelty, or the lies, or the corruption.
They found it over a war with a body count.
BUT AT LEAST THEY FOUND IT.
We must welcome people who see the light… no matter how frustratingly long it takes!

Trump is actively attempting another coup against American democracy.
A patriotic whistleblower just exposed the scope of Trump's plot to sabotage the 2026 midterms: a rushed, untested, error-riddled USPS ballot-verification system built in weeks instead of a year, mandated by Trump's executive order and rammed through by co-conspirator, Postmaster General David Steiner.
One failed barcode scan can dump an entire batch of thousands of mail ballots. USPS officials themselves called the rushed system "a shit show." This is not election integrity. It is a coordinated effort to overthrow American democracy and smother the will of the people by choking off mail voting at the source.
This has nothing to do with official presidential duties. It is the work of a criminal who belongs in prison.

Gross. Dishonest. Pathetic.
😳 Nutlick performs one of the most pathetic press conferences of all time 😳
Howard Lutnick just demonstrated why he's called Nutlick during a presser where he claimed Trump is “the greatest fundraiser and greatest builder ever," "the most credible person in the world," and "works all day every day." He suggested the Kennedy Center may be torn down if Trump isn't able to put his name on the building, saying "the papers that went in were basically saying, 'If you don't renovate this building, if you just leave it be, that eventually is going to be the outcome.'"
Here's a supercut:

Instead of changing the name of Lake Ontario to Lake America, the president should focus on actually doing something constructive to deliver on his campaign promise to make America great again. The problem isn't branding, but too much government spending. Do something about that!
