Is the most famous Bigfoot footage of all time actually a hoax? 👣 In this clip from the @drmounce1 appearance on Mindforked! with @AkashiCris17, we dive into Capturing Bigfoot, a documentary that raises serious questions about the legendary 1967 Patterson–Gimlin film and its mysterious star, Patty. Nearly 60 years later, is Bigfoot's most iconic evidence still holding up?

"Several independent US laboratories recently have demonstrated the existence of paranormal phenomena. Such phenomena may have intelligence applications."
"They began to contact our own dead agents, as well as agents from the other side."
Lyn Buchanan told ATU last year about a Russian intelligence officer that sparked the US remote viewing program. To be honest, I didn't really pay that much attention to that part of the story. I was more focused on the physics aspect and the path to Hal Puthoff. However, today, I listened carefully to the name Buchanan said and looked into who that officer really was. I didn't expect much, but the documentation I found connecting that Russian operative to remote viewing shocked me.
His name was Oleg Penkovsky. He was a Soviet intelligence officer and colonel who was spying for the US and the UK during the 1960s. Unfortunately for him, he was arrested by Soviet authorities in October 1962, tried for treason, and executed in May 1963. His death would come into play for the CIA in a very unexpected way!
Buchanan said that Penkovsky sent papers to the CIA that revealed Russian psychic spies. This prompted the CIA to start to work on our own remote viewing program. The closest we had were two laser physicists -- Russell Targ and Hal Puthoff -- who had written a paper on how the intention and attention of the physicist affected the laser in an experiment!
I went on a search for that paper, and while I didn't find it, I did find something very interesting: Hal Puthoff's college thesis! It turned out to be the perfect bridge between his laser physics studies and remote viewing, just as Buchanan had said. (See prior posts or a video tonight for more on that.) His paper was titled, "CROSSED-FIELD FOCUSING OF A HOLLOW CYLINDRICAL ELECTRON BEAM."
Meanwhile, although it seems like Penkovsky's papers mostly remain hidden/classified, I was astounded to find several documents that show a connection between him and remote viewing. Specifically, a CIA document called the Weekly Surveyor that discussed Soviet parapsychology studies and a CIA book review of Psychic Warfare: Threat or Illusion by Martin Ebon. In that book, Ebon talks about the CIA's efforts to psychically contact deceased operatives, including Russian assets such as Penkovsky!
Look for links to all those documents and more in the expanded video tonight.

🚨 When Lyn Buchanan told ATU about the history of US remote viewing, he mentioned a study by two laser physicists that caught the attention of the CIA. That took me down a rabbit hole that led straight to one of those physicist’s college thesis—Hal Puthoff. What it revealed left me stunned.

@MikeyMcBryan (Ice Pilots NWT) conducted his own investigation of a UFO incident in his own back yard: The Clan Lake encounter. In May 1960, two prospectors (one identified in RCMP files, with companion names redacted) were camped by Clan Lake when they heard a noise and witnessed an object strike the water. @HighEarthOrbit_ has a valid theory on the potential for UAP luring/baiting experiments. If you’d like to see some of my research into how subterranean areas near our sensitive sites might factor into all of this, then check out the link below. ⬇️ I found at least one subterranean area near a sensitive site that was closed to the public and put under active security shortly before some of these airspace incursions began at a nearby sensitive site. Those incursions also involved public reports of UFOs and the closing of an airport airspace.
It could be a mix of baiting/luring —with unknown results — and unprompted incursions. The luring could be one component of the investigative process for previous incursions. It could also explain why a USPER official would go to a sensitive site to investigate ‘orb’ incursions…if it was in fact a part of some sort of luring program that could be demonstrated for the USPER, an attempt to replicate prior successful baiting efforts, and that would increase the probability that the USPER would have an encounter on that particular visit.
However, I am not sure why at that point they would let such an operation trigger FBI involvement or risk civilian airspace incidents (re:closure of airports). Perhaps these activities were already being coordinated with the FBI and others, and espionage/airport incursion weren’t the triggers for their involvement with USPER incidents. After all, we have been told the UAP Advisory Council is coordinating across multiple agencies.
But that raises serious public safety concerns. We know that airports such as Palmdale and El Paso have been closed due to UAP activity (using UAP as a catch all here). Would the military on their own or in coordination with others purposely conduct an operation that would have open-ended results in public US airspace? The Plant 42 incident, for example. Something passed over civilian neighborhoods, intersected Palmdale airport space, and interacted with Plant 42. If that was an incursion that we triggered in an experiment, just what was the risk to the public?!
Such an experiment would also be mind boggling if conducted somewhere like Barksdale — a major strategic bomber base in northwest Louisiana that shapes global air defense. Barksdale is also constructing a new Weapons Generation Facility (WGF) to store and maintain nuclear weapons!
With that being said, I can see where such a baiting experiment might be carried out somewhere like the Nevada National Security Site. I believe it is likely to be the redacted location of some of the incursions described in the UFO File tranches. It is a 1,350-square-mile desert and mountain reservation operated by the U.S. Department of Energy, located about 65 miles northwest of Las Vegas in Nye County, Nevada. It is larger than the state of Rhode Island, and it is bordered on three sides by the Nellis Air Force Range, which adds an extra restricted buffer zone of 4,120 square miles of protected, federally owned land. This entire area is heavily restricted, guarded, and closed to the public. This vast remote setting would make it a plausible candidate to conduct UAP luring operations while minimizing the risk to the public.
