The Big Sunday Report: All We Need to Know
TA / LCA / Psychological Breakdown: Very quickly on the CLARITY Act: September 15 concerns a 60-vote procedural hurdle to advance consideration, not final approval of the law. Overall, we need 60 votes to pass, and if we pass its bullish, if it gets rejected it means there will be further negotiations, but overall I am betting that the clarity act is going to be signed by Trump by end of Year. I consider progress toward a workable framework bullish, but do not confuse opening the door with finishing the process. In total we are at step two out of three. Meanwhile, the institutional developments continue. Nasdaq announced an agreement to invest $100 million in Payward, Kraken’s parent company, as the companies advance their tokenized-stocks. Circle has also announced September 16 as the planned public mainnet launch for Arc, with BlackRock, DTCC, Visa and Mastercard among its founding validators. My Galactic Three, Circle, Coinbase and Ethereum, represent different investments within the same broader thesis: I believe the development of digital FINANCE infrastructure creates a much larger opportunity than trading the first reaction to a headline.
Now look at the chart, because many are talking about the MA50 Weekly as if it is a resistance that Bitcoin cannot break. Yet they forget to study the previous recovery. The left chart shows the current setup, the right chart shows early 2023. Look at the green arrows on the right and how many attempts happened around the moving average before the decisive breakout. Just have a look at both charts, Bitcoin did not simply arrive at the MA50 Weekly and move straight through it.
A resistance doing its job today does not mean it will control the market forever. That is the point of this comparison. It is not a promise that every candle from 2023 must repeat, and it does not tell us whether another correction comes first. It shows why treating every rejection as the end of the entire recovery is a mistake. And this connects directly to what I wrote last Sunday. $78,500 had broken as resistance, but I explicitly said that I had NOT confirmed it as support. $71,000 remained my strongest support reference, while $82,500 needed to break before the next target of $88,000. I also explained that this could take time. So anyone expecting an immediate, uninterrupted breakout was getting ahead of the chart. Expecting resistance to break eventually is not the same as expecting every attempt to succeed. Bitcoin first needs to reclaim the MA50 Weekly and establish strength above it. Then the $82,500–$83,000 region remains the major breakout area in my framework, where I expect the bull market to start, and the path toward $88K to open. I remain bullish, but I am not going to call a breakout confirmed while the resistance is still standing, and the lowest it could go to is $71,000 as mentioned in my previous reports, and overall the market remains very bullish and I am expecting a breakout above the Weekly MA50.
Now the difficult question: will we see a similar sequence to 2023, with a deeper pullback first and then the breakout? Could Bitcoin revisit $71K before recovering toward $88K? Or do we move higher without giving us that lower entry? Both routes remain possible, and my strategy does not depend on guessing the next smaller move correctly. A pullback toward $71K followed by a recovery would fit my support framework, but I am not saying that visit must happen. My focus remains the larger move toward $88K and higher afterward, which is why I keep holding my spot positions while adding long orders at $71K in case the market allows us to visit.
Finally, the FED decision is Wednesday, September 16, following the September 15–16 FOMC meeting. Market expects, 85.5% probability of a quarter-point hike, 14.5% of unchanged rates and effectively 0% assigned to a cut. For Bitcoin, my approach remains unchanged and most of events are now priced in, and if you ask about my personal opinion, I think the FED should not change anything, but keeping the rates as they are. Holding the spot positions, keep the conditional long orders at $71K, and watch for the MA50 Weekly reclaim followed by the breakout through roughly $83K. $88K remains my next larger target after those hurdles, not a deadline for this week.

All We Need to Know:
🚩 TA / LCA / Psychological Breakdown:
Right now there is too much nonsense. Bears speak as if they know what they are talking about, and bulls are giving insane price targets once again. So let's lean back and realize what is going to happen next. I will make it very simple and very straight: after all of my targets have been hit so far, I am now calling for the breakout above $82,500, and the next target after 82,500 is $88,000. This is a very new target, and it's important to understand that it takes some time. But I am expecting it, and therefore I am fully holding my positions. To make my view crystal clear: first, 82,500 needs to break. Once it breaks, 88k is next. And if we get rejected again, the lowest I see Bitcoin going is 71k, not lower. So overall, I am very, very bullish, and here is what we need to understand:
The most important level to watch this week is the area of $78,500. It is the resistance that has still not turned into a full support yet. Usually, when a resistance gets broken, the next step is that resistance becomes support. In this case, 78,500 is broken and done, and this shows the strength of the bulls in this region. But I have not yet seen a confirmation that this is the new support, and therefore I keep saying that I consider 71k the strongest support and the floor. And again, I want to make something very clear: by saying this, I am definitely not saying that 71k will happen or that I am expecting 71k. My point is that in case it dumps, the lowest it could go is 71k, as per my understanding of the chart. And yet I remain fully bullish, and my focus remains on the 82,500 resistance with the goal of a breakout and targets beyond and 88k as next target. So it's important to watch $78,500 and whether it turns into a support, and if not, the strongest support and floor is 71k.
Not much talk, not much nonsene, quick, not here and there, if this then this, NO! I make it very straight and I say 88k is my next target with ease and the only two numbers are now 82,500 and 78,500 and time will tell. What matters to me is what happened before we arrived here. $65,400 was resistance, broken quickly. $69,000 broken. The Bear Market Resistance Bands completely broken. $71,500 was probably one of the most important levels for the entire trend, and Bitcoin not only broke it but established it as support. Then we came to $78,000-$78,500. I already told you in the Sunday Report that this resistance would break as well. It did. So now ask yourself a very simple question: what is actually left? $82,500. That's it. And once it's broken, I see 88k as next.

A Trump White House advisor just said socialism in America is inevitable.
Not possible.
Inevitable.
David Friedberg sits on Trump’s science and tech council.
His claim:
The more government “helps” with college, healthcare, and housing…
the more expensive those things get.
Federal student loans didn’t make college affordable.
They made tuition unlimited.
Admin staff went from 10% of campuses to 60%.
No market force left to stop the price.
63% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck.
Things cost more than wages.
So both parties say the same thing:
“The government will do more.”
He says that’s fuel on the fire.
The American advantage was never a house.
It was the jump from labor to capital.
Work. Save. Own assets. Stop living month to month.
Socialism kills that jump.
Everyone stays labor forever.
No one gets free.
He said he’s been predicting a socialist wave for five years.
After Trump won, he doubled down.
His words:
“It is absolutely inevitable.”

Tempe has turned off its Flock automated license plate reader system and will end its contract with the company. The cameras are no longer collecting license plate data, and Tempe will not seek another company to replace the system.
While the cameras have helped Tempe Police solve crimes, recent misuse of automated license plate reader systems in Arizona and nationwide has raised concerns about the risks that come with the technology.
Tempe Police has found no misuse of its own Flock system.
Flock will remove its cameras, and previously collected data will be automatically deleted after 30 days unless it is connected to an ongoing case or investigation.

The Big Sunday Report: All We Need to Know
🚩 TA / LCA / Psychological Breakdown:
As mentioned in my latest Bitcoin update shared on August 20th, Bitcoin made an impressive breakout above several extremely important resistance levels, and I made my position very clear: in my opinion, the bear market is over. No “if this happens,” no “maybe if that breaks,” no ten scenarios to later claim one of them was right. The bear market ended, Bitcoin entered what I call the Soft Bull Market, and congratulations to everyone who bought the fear with me over the last 30 days. So what comes next? There are only two numbers I care about right now: $71,000 as extremely strong support and $78,500 as the next major resistance.
Everything between these two numbers is noise for me. I am not ruling out a retest of the $71K region, but I am absolutely not betting on it either. I already accumulated what I wanted to accumulate, and now my job is simply to hold. Whether Bitcoin trades at $73K, $75K or gets rejected somewhere inside this range changes absolutely nothing about my strategy. In my opinion, $71K is the lowest meaningful region Bitcoin could revisit before continuing higher, while a breakout above $78,500 opens the road toward approximately $82K. Once $82K breaks with strength, the Soft Bull Market turns into a full bull market escalation.
The reaction around $60K also confirmed something extremely important: there is serious capital waiting to enter this market. Bulls showed that they are ready to deploy size when fear appears, while everyone waiting for $50K, $40K or some magical four-year-cycle bottom was left watching the market move without them. And personally, I doubt the market will now be generous enough to give the majority another clean opportunity below $71K. This is how markets work: when everybody is waiting for the same entry, the market usually refuses to serve it.
There is also something I want to explain because I keep reading that “RSI is overbought,” and many clearly do not understand what they are talking about. On the weekly timeframe RSI remains in a neutral region, and the same applies to the monthly timeframe. These are the major timeframes we watch when discussing a macro trend. The daily RSI matters for short-term movements and should absolutely be watched, but I do not consider it a major risk at the current price area.
A huge part of this move happened because shorts were forced to close rather than because the market suddenly became overloaded with new leveraged longs or gigantic spot purchases. Bears became buyers against their will. In other words, the strength of this move makes the daily RSI look hotter than the underlying market positioning really is. And we have seen this exact psychology before. In 2023 Bitcoin went up from around $16K to $25K, an increase of approximately 56%. Eventually RSI reached extreme levels and Bitcoin corrected roughly 22% from $25K toward $19K. Fear and Greed reached extreme fear levels and many holders who survived the entire bear market suddenly panic sold because they believed another disaster was beginning. And guess what happened few days after that bearish trap? Bitcoin escalated from approximately $19K to $30K, another move of almost 60%. This is why history is our friend. Not because the exact candles repeat, but because human psychology repeats forever: fear, disbelief, short squeeze, correction, panic, capitulation and then expansion. Different cycle but the same humans and they will not change.
My plan therefore remains ridiculously simple: I hold the assets I accumulated while others were afraid, especially my Galactic Three: Ethereum, Circle and Coinbase. My BTC/ETH allocation remains 60% ETH and 40% BTC, and this is the first cycle in my entire trading history where Ethereum has a larger allocation than Bitcoin. Usually I always invested significantly more into Bitcoin, but this cycle I am making the larger bet on ETH.
Since my entries I have shared in the Premium Membership in full detail:
BTC is up +26%
ETH is up +33%
CRCL is up +50%
COIN is up +15%
These are not assets I discovered after they pumped; these are the assets I positioned into while fear dominated the market, and the Galactic Three Report is a big proof that I saw THIS exactly coming. I strongly recommend everyone to read my Galactic Three Report pinned on my profile because what is happening in front of us is much bigger than one Bitcoin breakout. Tokenization, stablecoins, on-chain settlement, institutional adoption and the infrastructure of global finance are changing in front of our eyes.
The goal is to position before the mass understands what is happening. For Bitcoin my map is now brutally simple: $71K is support, $78.5K is resistance that Bitcoin will manage to break-out above, and $82K is the start of the bull market escalation. Everything between $71K and $78.5K is noise. Now I hold. The bears had their market. Now the bulls are taking control.

whoa…
In 2001 George W Bush proposed a partial privatization plan for Social Security so you could put 10% of your SS contribution into the markets.
People rejected this.
We can now see that if it had passed, the 10% that went into the markets would have outperformed the 90% the government managed, the program would be solvent, and the average SS recipient would be receiving 2X what they currently receive.
The worst bet you’ll ever make is betting on government.
