Numerous breakthrough cancer medicines have emerged in recent years, yet availability remains limited outside a few major, high-income markets. Our latest research in @GlobalHealthBMJ revealed growing disparity worldwide 👇🏼

For this to work, high-income countries like the US will need to resist the urge to reference prices from other countries, which neither reflects the value of American patients nor incentivize innovation.
Furthermore, low- and middle-income countries will need to strengthen their regulatory and reimbursement processes to ensure timely access to new medicines for their populations.
