Celebrating my friend and new school administrator colleague, @PolyglotPerezM. Congratulations on graduating from @NCCU with your MSA today! I can’t wait to see how your leadership continues to impact students!
Right decision. This shouldn’t even be a question. If a sworn peace officer witnessed such an event and failed to respond, even while off duty, they would almost certainly be reprimanded. This man is a hero and died in the line of duty.

#prouddad alert. It is not everyday that one of your children is invited to speak to a statewide conference of educators in support of her amazing school, @HowardHallElem. So proud of you, Carleigh. We are incredibly thankful for the amazing atmosphere of her school!
It is such a blessing to lead alongside such a fine group of supportive and collegial colleagues. @CumberlandCoSch is a special place and we have an amazing team of leaders.

Always a pleasure to collaborate with colleagues! @PolyglotPerezM is going to be an amazing school administrator after an already successful career as a teacher and central office curriculum and support leader. @DurhamPublicSch is very lucky to have her.
Always a joy to have the opportunity to spend time and engage in crucial school administrator conversations with my friend, princiPAL and @SchCumberland Principal of the Year nominee, Dr. Douglas Massengill at Massey Hill Classical High School. #schooladmintalk
Enjoyed presenting a session at the National Paideia Center Conference today about the @masseyhillclass journey to even greater heights through a return to our Classical school roots and Paideia Seminar. @pepperdine is such a beautiful host campus for the conference!
Great opening session at the National Paideia Center Conference at @pepperdine University. Dr. Goss reminded us about the virtue of phronesis. “Obtain wisdom so that you can determine what is good, act and enhance your environments!”
Incredibly honored and grateful to my colleagues for selecting me as a 2025 @CumberlandCoSch Principal of the Year Finalist. It is humbling to share the stage with this amazing group of premier professionals!

It was a distinct pleasure to recognize my superintendent @CCSSuptConnelly at the @ncscholastic Showcase event this evening. Dr. Connelly is doing a great job advocating for public education as the 2024 NC Superintendent of the Year.
I truly have the best job ever! So proud of my talented @masseyhillclass students who presented an amazing production of Shrek, Jr. over the past two nights!!
The Classical Challenge is one of the highlights of my year! Thanks to @DrTMJohnson and #cougarnation for being such great hosts!
It was truly an honor to join a distinguished group of leaders from throughout our county for this amazing event! Reading changes lives and I hope that my presence helped at least one student understand the power that reading can have on their life.
