Initial NRG-GI003 results at #ASTRO26: in advanced HCC, proton RT did not improve OS vs photons (median 26.6 vs 54.9 mo; HR 1.30, 90% CI 0.83-2.04). Grade ≥3 AEs were 11% vs 24% (p=.093). A post hoc signal by tumor size warrants further study. #RadOnc @NRGonc
