AI generally amplifies the quality of the underlying process. If the process is organized, standardized, and well-defined, AI can accelerate it significantly. If the process is ambiguous, inconsistent, or heavily dependent on tribal knowledge, AI often exposes those gaps rather than solving them.

When your AI says "I'll remember that next time" — it's lying. It won't. It literally can't. So I stopped believing it. Now I ask one question back: how will you actually enforce this next time? That forces it to write the rule down somewhere real. At the end of a task I also ask: any loose threads or lessons worth saving? Then I fold those into my reusable notes. Every mistake becomes a permanent upgrade. Your AI only gets better if you make it.

Outsource or build it with AI? It really depends on the project: Cookie-cutter software: Use AI with a cheaper, faster model. For advanced, complex projects: Still use AI with a high-thinking model.

If you're making a POST call from the browser, you are introducing about 700 ms of latency. But there is a way to avoid it. That extra wait is a preflight request. The browser sends an OPTIONS call first to ask if the real POST is allowed. A POST with a JSON body triggers that check. Send the same JSON with Content-Type set to text/plain and the browser skips the preflight. On the server you still read that body as JSON. app.use(express.json({ type: ['application/json', 'text/plain'] })) This is a performance shortcut, not extra safety. You lose the preflight as a CSRF check, so a random site can fire that POST from someone's browser without asking first. If your API uses cookies to know who the user is, that is a real risk. If the call is token authenticated, read only, and has no cookies, the other site does not have the token, so the shortcut is usually worth it.

I’ve talked to a lot of first time founders over the years. These are the 10 most common marketing mistakes I see them doing: 1. A landing page so focused on the benefits that visitors don’t understand what the product is 2. Not building a solid search strategy from day one because it takes time 3. Different messaging across different channels that confuse people 4. Not using email marketing to convert people who weren’t ready to buy on their first visit 5. Too much focus on launch and not enough on a sustainable customer acquisition strategy 6. Adding too many features to a product that lacks a clear positioning 7. Using their product social media account only to post and not to actively engage 8. Not spending enough time researching what really motivates their ideal customer profile to buy 9. Spending their small ads budget targeting cold audience instead of starting with retargeting 10. Underestimating how long it really takes to execute a successful marketing strategy If you’re just starting out and avoid these you’ll be already in the top 1%.

This article includes some of the most popular React design patterns that are efficient for cross-cutting concerns, global data sharing (without prop drilling), the separation of concerns such as complex stateful logic from other component parts, and more.
