History taught us that when someone named Alexander arrives, things tend to get conquered! 😄
True to form, Alexander Ky, a rising M4 from @@MSUMD arrived as a @FAERanesthesia, @society_asa fellow. After 8 weeks in the Pendyala Academic Curiosity Unit (PACU 😊), Alex did conquer the OR, ICU, research meetings, and our endless stream of papers.
In this process “veni, vidi, vici” became “ombruta, investigavit, editus” (I shadowed, I researched, I published).
Thank you for being such an engaged and enthusiastic member of #teampendyala this summer. Wishing you all the best in medical school and beyond.
The world needs more Alexanders to lead breakthroughs in medicine and research - not battle fields.
