Mykonos, Greece. The best snapper I’ve ever had and this is coming from a Caribbean guy, who grew up eating snapper. The kind gentleman even debone my snapper. I love this place.

Mr. Salerno, one of @BeachStreetWI awesome math teachers, rocks a suit for Dr. Bridgeman's observation and because he loves the principal's style! Gotta dress for success! #teacherlife #principallife #WIProud @drbman12
Good backdrop at SGU, Grenada for Grenada 50/50 Academic Conference. Listening to my former HS schoolmate present on the lack of inclusive education in Grenada. I’m up next! Good stuff.
Full house today. Breaking in a new group of aspiring educational leaders. @CITEprograms Russell SAGE College. They were nervous at first but left feeling that they can do it! Adaptive and Servant leadership.
One of the joys of my life is the numerous emails I get from my former students in my leadership classes, who have reached out to say that they have gotten administrative jobs. I’ve received so many this summer. Congratulations! Leading from the Front.
Thank you NAESP and NASSP for inviting me to write an article for your upcoming publication from my presentation (The Key Principles of Crisis Leadership) at the UNITED Conference 2024. I’m looking forward to writing it.
Thank you sir! Good stuff.
Nice work @drbman12 presenting and providing support to other PK-12 school leaders from across the US on navigation of crises in our schools! #principalsUNITED #BetterTogether

Just picked up my badge for the NASSP & NESP United Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. Looking forward to my presentation on Tuesday on “Effective Crisis Leadership Skills for School Principals.” Good stuff! Love sharing my knowledge and experience.

Thank you Rotary Club of Grenada for inviting me to speak at your conference and welcoming me home, after the difficult two months I’ve had, it’s good to be home. No place sweeter than home. Thanks for the love and respect!

Last night was the 1st Annual District Cornhole Tournament between West Islip and Hauppauge. All proceeds went to the Wounded Warrior Project. Hauppauge won in the finals, raising more than $5,000!
