We published the first imaging marker to diagnose primary CNS vasculitis (PCNSV). The presence of cerebellar tonsillar hemorrhages, particularly when accompanied by punctate/linear enhancement, is suggestive of PCNSV #PCNSV #PACNS @FrontImmunol
