β’How you interact with others.
β’Your body language after a good play vs after a bad play.
β’How coachable you are.

Recruits: If youβre new to the recruiting process, here are some tipsβ¦
1. Grades matter! Bad grades = Limited Opportunities
2. Play club soccer at the highest club level possible.
3. Practice, Practice, Practice and Dominate your position.
4. Sell your brand by showcasing yourself at club tournaments, club games, & ID camps.
5. Highlight Film- The FIRST clip must answer the question, "is this recruit a soccer player?" WOW them early in your highlights.
6. Position your clips to answer the question, "does this recruit have the athletic ability to play the position?"
7. Send film to EVERY college team in your 5-7 hour radius.
Repeat ALL the steps weekly until you get an answer.
Be Persistent. It's NOT annoying when it's your dream.
