UCLA +10.5 at Oregon
UCLA rushed for 369 and 266 yards in its last two games. Sustaining drives on the ground is its route to staying inside the spread.
Oregon can force UCLA away from that strength with an early lead.
Tennessee -13.5 at Arkansas
Bishop’s 220-yard Auburn game supports the rushing matchup against an Arkansas defense that has allowed 15 rushing TDs. Tennessee also has 23 sacks.
The passing game makes the margin less certain. Need better and clarity at QB.
Illinois -2.5 at Michigan State
Dixon’s 40 catches and eight TDs give Illinois a proven passing weapon. Michigan State has scored only 26 points across its last three games.
A field-goal win covers, but Illinois’s defense remains a concern.
LSU -9.5 at Kentucky
LSU’s defense drives the lean: 22 sacks and only 58.4 rushing yards allowed per game.
Limiting Kentucky’s run game could create difficult passing downs and a route to separation. Minchey’s 11 TDs against one interception make Kentucky a real test.
UConn +3.5 at Temple
Osborne threw for 314 yards and three TDs last week; Bowers rushed for 164 yards.
I like having both ways to move the ball, plus a cover on a field-goal loss. UConn’s defense is the concern after allowing 42 to Syracuse.
Coastal Carolina +4.5 at Marshall
I like Coastal’s passing matchup. Deuce Bailey has topped 200 passing yards in every game, while Marshall allows 475.2 total yards per game.
Coastal has a route to trade scores and stay within the cushion. Turnovers are the concern.
Saturday’s college football card 🏈
Six leans for the afternoon and evening slate. Matchup reasoning for each pick in the thread below. 👇

Isaiah Myers 69+ Receiving Yards
Myers has quietly been one of the most explosive receivers in CUSA.
Through four games, he has 342 receiving yards on just 17 catches. That's over 20 yards per reception!
He's averaging 85.5 yards per game, and now gets a WKU defense that has struggled.
I like his chances to hit a couple of explosive plays and clear this number.
Missouri State ML
I'm not sold on Western Kentucky.
WKU is coming off a 34-13 loss to New Mexico State and has struggled defensively and protecting the QB.
Missouri State's 1-3 record doesn't tell the whole story. They've faced Texas A&M, SMU, and Marshall.
I think Missouri State is better than its record suggests and has a legitimate chance to win outright.
Sam Houston +13.5
I think this line is inflated by the difference in schedules.
Sam Houston has faced much tougher competition, including Texas Tech, while Liberty has benefited from a softer schedule.
SHSU played Troy to a 3-point game, and I think these teams are much closer than their records suggest.
The Bearkats also have the rest advantage. Getting nearly two touchdowns feels like too many points.
Thursday night CFB!
Three plays I like tonight:
Sam Houston +13.5
Missouri State ML
Isaiah Myers 68+ receiving yards
Breaking down why I like each below 👇
Let's cash! 💰
Steven Robinson 50+ rushing yards
Robinson has smashed this number basically all season.
The only game where he didn’t comfortably clear 50 was against Auburn, an SEC defense, and he STILL got there with 51 rushing yards.
He’s shown an extremely consistent floor on the ground, and 50+ feels like a very reachable number again tonight.
Let’s cash 💰
Mario Sanders 60+ receiving yards
Sanders has cleared 60 receiving yards in every game this season except Auburn.
And even against Auburn, an SEC defense, he still finished with 58.
Now Southern Miss projects to be playing from behind as a 10-point dog, which should create plenty of passing volume. I like him to get back over 60 tonight.
Gavin Griffin 70+ rushing yards
Southern Miss has been getting absolutely pummeled on the ground, and Griffin has emerged as the leader of this Troy backfield despite three backs being involved.
With Troy favored by 10, this sets up as a game where they should be able to stay committed to the run and keep feeding Griffin.
Tuesday night football is back!
Three props I like tonight:
Gavin Griffin 70+ rushing yards
Mario Sanders 60+ receiving yards
Steven Robinson 50+ rushing yards
Breaking down why I like each below 👇
Let’s cash.
🚨 Late addition to the card:
Caden High (Stanford) 50+ receiving yards
High has emerged as Stanford’s top WR with 121 yards last week vs GT and 92 vs Miami. Even in the Duke game when he had 43, he still led Stanford in receiving.
Now he gets a Wake defense that has struggled defending the slot.
Give me 50+ 🤝
🔟 TEXAS TECH -13
Colorado is changing QBs, and there’s a lot of uncertainty around this offense right now.
That’s not a spot I want to back against a Texas Tech team I trust significantly more on both sides of the ball.
I trust Texas Tech to take care of business.
