Wound care people, nurses, TVNs: I need advice. I fell over running and have properly skinned the palms of my hands which is quite debilitating! I feel like the need to dry out but it makes me unable to wash my hands. I currently have duoderm on them, it’s this the best option?

Thinking of getting a treadmill to help with interval/speed work etc around work, especially with a marathon to train for over the winter. Has anyone got any recommendations? I like the look of the peloton but not sure if I’m just being pulled in by the shiny!

Last minute trip away. I have wandered around and gotten myself thoroughly lost in Palma old town. Spent too much on cute blankets and mad sunglasses and stopped off in little squares for cocktails. Highly recommend a little solo trip away.

Sooooo... I might have developed an oral allergy to cherries. I had a massive bowl the other day and ended up with the weirdest itchy mouth. I had forgotten about this until moments ago… when I had another bowl of cherries. 😬

My entire family are away on various holidays in the next two weeks and I’ve got fomo and four days off at the end of the month…. Good warm cities for a quick break? I want to wear flip flops and people watch from a tiny table with an aperol.

Today one of my colleagues told me all about the power tool YouTube videos he watches then I showed him pictures if my Lego collection. I’m not saying anaesthesia attracts a type but I sure am similar to some of my colleagues.
