Having kids makes you a better person.
Becoming a father motivated me to grow in ways I wasn't before. I got in shape, solidified my faith, grew in my career and so much more. All because I knew some little people were relying on me.
Becoming a dad lights a fire in men.
Me trying to explain the hypostatic union to my son.
Me: No Jesus isn't half God half human. He's 100% human and 100% God.
Jesse: So he's 200% Jesus?
Made me laugh.

It might sound silly, but focusing on endurance training is one thing that helped me kick my alcohol habit the most.

Want to run a marathon?
You need a ton of "time on feet". In endurance training we call that "volume". If you don't want to feel like death at the finish you need to invest several hours per week training.
Don't make this training mistake.

Knee spread is essential to proper squat form.
That was my main focus this lifting session.
That plus more stretching beforehand seems to have really helped with depth.
Final set of 5 today.
Hope your week is starting off right.
