Took a morning drive to Orange Beach, Alabama from Pensacola, Florida and the drive was good but impressed on how many timeshares and rentals are in Orange Beach. The beaches are pretty and nice sandy but now time for my Starbucks 😊 – at Orange Beach, AL

2 week follow up part 1 from my shoulder and arm surgery and hope for good news. Still have stitches and some left over bruises and pain but much better. Just need to get some good news

While recovering from my surgery of my left rotator cuff and shoulder, there is a Netflix series called “The Gentlemen” from @GuyRitchie1968 and have to say I LOVE IT! Both movie with @McConaughey and Netflix series are the same premise and 5 thumbs up #TheGentlemen

Before popping my meds from today surgery, my new arm sling for 4-6 weeks!! Debate now is sleep in bed or recliner. Both will be a pain
